I like having this service protection plan as I need the extra help to keep my computer in good running condition.

Can't Complain about protection. It's nice to have the comfort of knowing that if something goes wrong it's covered.

Most people won’t get any where near recouping their money. The long list of “benefits” just fit niche situations. I took 3 computers in during my year. One t repair/replace a laptop Motherboard. I was told after a week, they don’t do that level of repair. I said, it’s a motherboard swap, you are a computer repair place, it doesn’t get much lower level. The second was another laptop, cracked screen. Again, they don’t do that level of repair. The third 9 (and main reason I purchased this) Was for a dead hard drive. Their level of hard drive recovery is: We pug it in, if it powers up and we can read off it, we can transfer your data. For those that don’t understand, that is exactly what it was doing in your computer, when, it stops working. So if you can’t read from that hard drive in your computer, then the Geeks will tell you to go to level II or higher, which costs about $700 to $2000, most, around $1000. I bought a used laptop of the same model. I replaced the motherboard and the screen using the scavenged laptop. The hard drive, I had to replace a module that supports the power. I am NOT a computer Geek. I am however, good with my hands and really good with Google. I made all three repairs myself, with a little Google search, some YouTube and patience. So, would I recommend this to anyone? No. I would recommend if you need computer repair to find a reputable repair shop and g that route

Having this has saved my bank. I just wish that I could have gotten it at the offer that is going on now. A savings of $40 bucks or so.

The memory stick is priced decently, compact in size and very easy to use. Plus, it provides plenty of storage for something you can easily put in your pocket.

Usually don't purchase warranties, etc. However, this one should be considered since it really gives you lots of coverage over an extended period of time.

Excellent buy for the price as well. My laptop is currently being serviced at best buy and I love all of my experiences working with the geek squad.

Techs were awesome and went the extra mile for me. Getting through to them was not easy but once they came on line they helped me so much.

Glad I purchased this service- Dropped my new Apple I Pad computer and it cracked the screen. Was repaired under the service plan.

I am not sure if it is worth it to buy the TTS package but I do think it is worth for the Geek Squad protection.

The tech support membership has been fabulous. We have used it and it always comes through for us. We could not be more pleased.

Total tech support was a great value and offers services that can be extremely expensive without the support package!
