My rating is based on never using the product. I’ve never needed tech-support, but like insurance is there if I need it.

Bought just to have in case something happens. Just don't have time to fool with things when it breaks down. Time is money!

Glad I purchased this service- Dropped my new Apple I Pad computer and it cracked the screen. Was repaired under the service plan.

I got this option to help with the cost to upgrade my speakers in my car. At $65 each set speakers and 110 for a mp/sub install it had paid for itself and then some.

I can check all my devices with this services. Not Apple devices but I really need it because I have a lot of devices need to check for virus or spam.

The tech support membership has been fabulous. We have used it and it always comes through for us. We could not be more pleased.
