Really good with computer issues though sometimes it takes too long to get an appointment. Avoid tax time! Not so good on other items. They justified raising the price with coverage on "everything" but couldn't/wouldn't touch at least three of our devices and told us they'd have to send the fourth out, for which we would be charged about as much as buying a replacement. Much preferred just covering computers
