Since I am not very tech savvy I need all the help I can get. Recently I had a Malware attach and needed to call repeatedly! In the end I had to take my computer to the store because the call in/ remote service resulted in the bad only getting worse! They were able to fix the malware issue, but the back up restore was not the smoothest and I am still dealing with that. Of course the price paid probably fits the service received.
