I always choose tech support service for most electronic products. It might be pricey in some cases but so freaking worth it

I like the ability to get help when i need it I just wish I was able to take advantage of this more than I do

If You want Tech Support..Make an appointment at Best Buy. Usually 3 to 5 days ahead of time.Get up,put your clothes on and go to the Store and talk to a Tech in person.They give you 20 to 30 minutes worth of instructions.Every experience talking to a Tech in Person at Best Buy has been Excellent..Dont bother with the Chat with a Tech on your Laptop.A Big waste of Time.Also Dont call that phone number they give you to Call and talk to a Tech.They put you in Hold for a Very long time..then Someone answers who doesnt know anything about Computers,Desktops or Laptop.They give You Bogus Answers that are totally not True?&do not work.They dont stay on the phone while you fix the problem&then wait to see if the problem was solved.It is a joke.If you want Tech Help;like I said,make an appt.and go inside the store,take your laptop with you.The in Store Techs are Great..Don't believe that lie they tell you when they sell you the Geek Squad package that you will have access to a Tech 24/7.A total untruth...You will have access to a Tech in the Actual Store who knows what they are talking about.

Glad we got this for peace of mind. If anything goes wrong we can bring it in for repairs
