I purchased a TV and having the GeekSquad membership got me a discount on the 5-year TV coverage. There are many more things I’d like to utilize about this plan. The reason I left 4 stars is because I took my Airpods to them shortly after the purchase and they sent for a replacement pod for the right ear. This was great until the issue can back up a few more weeks later but they didn't have the tools available to determine the problem. They said I would need to go to the Apple store (over 20 miles away) because they cant send all 3 parts of the Airpod off, only individual parts. They denied an exchange now that it was out of return period even though the problem began before and they had documentation in their system from my previous visit. I went to Apple and they sent for other replacement parts. I had to pick them back up from the Apple Store (20 miles one way) when they arrived and they couldn't be sent to BestBuy or my house. Of course an hour after I got home they got the part in. I drove and picked them up, no one tested it and they sent me off. I got home and the Airpods still didn't work. BestBuy could have saved me all the time and effort by exchanging it. Someone should really make this right for me. The gas, time, and energy invested seems too much.

With only 2 USB ports on the computer I needed a USB hub to allow port for Mouse drive - External hard drive for backup and drives in current use.
