I was having problem with wifi coverage in my home so I was thinking about using Orbi mesh system. When I found out that the total tech support premium package included the Orbi and would cover my new laptop I couldn't resist. The installers were very professional and eager to explain what they were doing with the installation in my home. When the installer came in he put on booties so as not to dirty my floors. He installed the system and tested it to make sure that everything was functional.

I’m a single female that is not very tech savvy. I’ve used the membership to set up my home networking, nest thermostat, hanging TVs and microwave install. The plan has been much cheaper than what I would’ve paid otherwise and I am pleased. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and am grateful this plan exists.

Arrived on time for appointment and Tech installed my new network in a timely manner and made sure it all worked as it should. Professional and courteous. It is comforting to know this service is available to me whenever I find myself in technological difficulty.

The tech support team and the contractor who installed our system were amazing. They were not in a hurry to leave. Answered all our questions and made sure we understood how everything worked. Great service and well worth the money.

The membership allows me to have access with tech support and help with all my devices and help setting it up. I'm not that tech savy and this has helped me to not have to think about it to much.

I may need help setting up our new Circle account The guys who did the install seemed somewhat knowledgeable overall but had no knowledge of how Circle works.

It basically pays for itself. You get discounted prices on apple care, and other services. We got it with our Orbi satellites.

Support and protection are great to have. This should be standard with all purchases.

With all of the included services, it makes it ridiculously easy to keep all of our devices on the up and up.

There techs are very knowledge and eager to help. I would recommend this service to my friends and family.

Mike Humbles was very helpful when he set up the router but I would have appreciated help when the satellite was returned without the power cord. I was just told to contact Netgear.

A “simple” data transfer from my old computer to the new one was the request. I received the computers without that task accomplished. I’m hesitant about taking them back and doing without them for an additional 10 days. Suggestions?? Unhappy, George S.

No answer stayed on hold forever... finally got answer but said I would have a 5/6 hour wait to get help.... sucks for 399.99
