I'll be 100% honest - I am a technology amateur. Every time I have questions everyone at Best Buy has been very helpful. I've used the Geek Squad who answers my questions and helps me with my devices without making me feel dumb. They helped me set up my new computer and transfer all the data from my old laptop to the new Lenovo. The people on the floor are always very helpful and polite and Management has been knowledgeable and reassuring. I also like the additional product coverage for peace of mind. For someone like myself who needs a source of technology support, product information and reassurance they Best Buy Total Membership has been wonderful.

Purchase new printer could not get printer to connect so call Best Buy techies $129 to come out so send him out when tech arrived I asked him to make sure scan worked so he got done said all set to go . Week later go to ise scan don’t work so call Best Buy guy on phones says I can fix that remote so for $179 year of service . I said just payed $129 he said you will need to ask for refund . Well I went to Best Buy they 2 different deals can’t refund but we can send guy back out I said it works now . So just sign up for $179 for years worth of service .

Best Buy has been my go-to for a few years starting from simply wanting a new phone that wasn't loaded with phone company apps I didn't want and couldn't delete. I prefer my electronic devices shiny and new, usually purchasing from the Cascade Station location because I have such positive experiences. Recently I bought my first gaming PC and as expected the associate spent all the time I needed answering many questions and helping me with comparisons. I love it. Super quiet and faster than anything I have used prior. The BB membership has proved worthwhile and pays for itself with service and discounts. Very happy, highly recommend.

I have had Best Buy- Geek Squad membership since year 2017. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the remote Geek Squad IT Techs had fixed my many HP com puter issues. They were my very knowledgeable, pleasant tech experts! On December 16,2025, I had the Geek Squad team dismantled my hacked [2] non-functional HP computer. I purchased a Chromebook that I like very much. I also purchased another annual Geek Squad membership from the South Maryland Pkwy store, Las Vegas, NV.

I came in needing a laptop repaired and was told that this membership would save me money and give me more access to things like unlimited geek squad support including for items I didn’t buy from Best Buy but needed help with and access to exclusive deals from Best Buy. The membership renews annually from the day you got it and I’ve enjoyed having it so far. I only rated it 4 stars because I recently got it and haven’t been able to truly use it a ton yet, but it seems great so far

I BROGHT MY HP LAPTOP TO GEEK SQUAD AT BEST BUY. IT WOULDN 'T COMPLETE THE START FUNCTION. THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE MAIN DRIVER AND DISC AND OTHER THINGS I DON'T UNDERSTAND. THE PRICE WAS MINIMAL AND GOT A WARRANTY AND A I YEAR MEMBERSHIP INCLUDED. THEY WERE HONEST AND SAID IT WAS AN OLDER UNIT IT WAS WELL WORTH SAVING RATHER THAN BUYING A NEW ONE. If you are not real good with computers, this is a great membership to have. Online chat is available if you need help or you can talk with an agent too. The membership also has many perks like free delivery, free setup and in some cases extended warranty. When you buy large items like a refrigerator, you can get a discount. Buy some items and if they fail, you can get it replaced for free.

Although I purchased my computer at the Williamsburg store, I required additional assistance setting it up at home and Sean went above and beyond in every way. He arrived right on time, explained everything with clarity and patience, and demonstrated an impressive level of technical knowledge. What really stood out was his kindness, professionalism, and genuine desire to help. Sean made sure every question was answered and every issue resolved, all while maintaining a friendly and respectful attitude that immediately put me at ease. His partner, who accompanied him, was also excellent—together they made a fantastic team. Best Buy should be extremely proud to have employees like Sean and his partner. Recently I purchase a Best Buy membership along with two MSI 15.6” thins and they have preformed far beyond my expectations, though the fans can be loud my temperatures while playing demanding games are beyond satisfactory. This is a perfect laptop for gamers and student alike as I have used it for both. I upgraded the ddr5 from 8gb to 16gb for both laptops and the tech team there was happy to install for me since I was on the go, and this was a free service included in my Best Buy total membership. They provide diagnostic as well as data transfers along with many other services included with my membership purchase. I 100% will be repurchasing when my plan expires. It’s beyond worth the money and my family and I will surely remain customers for life due to the quality of service I received.

I came to the store at Walker Lake rd. at about 5 PM Tuesday 11/25/25. I needed and bought a printer and ink cartridge with the help of a young man ,very knowledgeable, has been there about 3 years and is working his way through college. I'm so sorry I forgot his name and the floor supervisor's name also. They both helped me settle a problem that I have had for about a year with my BB Total Yearly Subscription. It started out as double billed last year, one cancelled, and my Web root Secure Anywhere subscription cancelled, After fixing that issue last January, I find I have a BB Total still on record as expired after 6 Months! These 2 employees worked the issue out and I am now still a Total Yearly, Happy Member! JohnP
