    This Beurer tens unit is the best unit I have ever used. It has loads of settings and it is of remarkably good quality. Beurer is a state of the arc brand name. It doesn't surprise me that Best Buy sells this brand tens unit, as is in their namesake, "best" buy. You will not regret purchasing this unit. I am taken back at its safety features as well. I have been using mine very frequently for leg /knee pain and received it about a month or more ago. It has completely diminished the pain. It's also great for just relaxing at the end of the day. It was fast shipping and just excellent service all the way around. Outstanding buy! Thank you for this phenomenal find!

    If you are in the market for a TENS unit, look no further than this product! I am a lifelong athlete and have consistently supplemented with physical therapy over the years. At my physical therapy appointments, I always request TENS/stim, as I feel it is truly the game changer when it comes to strengthening and relieving any injury/pain. I’m training for the NYC marathon and although I don’t have any pronounced injuries that call for dedicated physical therapy sessions, the long miles I run do result in aches and pains sometimes. Knowing how effective TENS/stim has always been for me, I wanted to take a personalized approach and invest in my own TENS machine. This product is fantastic. It’s incredibly easy to use and extremely effective. It has become a staple part of my running/training/recovery program. Every time I log a long run or do a fast track workout, I use this TENS machine afterwards and I’m not nearly as sore as I would be without it. Highly recommend this product!

    This unit came with easy to follow detailed instructions for set up and use, and I am happy to report that I felt relief from sore muscles the very first time I used it. The preset programs can be set for TENS or EMS on different areas of the body, and there are diagrams for placement of the pads. It's about the size of a cell phone and should be no problem at all to tuck in my bag when traveling.

    This is exactly what I needed to help with muscle tightness. The device has a bunch of different programs and has a guide to show the correct placement for pads. I've used it on my quads and on my shoulders and it's really helped loosen them up. The pads are losing their stickiness sooner than I hoped so be sure to buy replacements if you plan to use this often.

    Works great for back pain and shoulder/neck pain. Have also used for golfers elbow!! Very easy to use. Easy user control of intensity and the wide variation of preprogrammed choices of routines allows me to easily choose which one works best for me. I can’t wait to try the programs for muscle firming!

    I bought this for some occasional tightness in the lower back and sciatic pain. It has also been great for my shoulders to relieve tension and tightness when I’m having a migraine. I woule HIGHLY recommend this product. It feels just like the TENS unit my chiropractor uses, but just smaller and battery operated for at home use. My only regret is we didn’t purchase sooner!

    I suffer from degenerative disc disease and am in constant pain in my back. I read some info on TENS units and seen this one on Beat Buy. The first rime I used it I slept all night lonh without waking up. I can't sing the praises enough. I can finally get some relief. This unit is a Godsend. Thanks Beurer!
