Big NOPE! XxX DON’T DO IT!

Suction is mediocre at best. Definitely not pleased with this purchase. I missed the return window, so that sucks…but if I can help someone else not get stuck with this vacuum, I’ll feel a little better! I have one star, but it really doesn’t even deserve that.

Bissell is in the spare parts business. The beater bar aka brush roller’s cheap hollow construction breaks causing burned rubber/plastic smell through the whole house. BISSELL KEPT ME ON A CHAT FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF ONLY TO TELL ME THAT THEIR “Brush Roller” NEEDS TO BE REPLACED EVERY 3 to 6 MONTHS!!! So the 2 year warranty is a joke. Add $80 to $120 bucks per year to the price of this vacuum to keep it running.
