It looks nice, easy to use and clean. It just has no suction power. I can’t believe this is on the market and it’s being sold for the price. I have the Bissell plug in spot clean model but the plastic hose cracked after a year and thought this would be great cuz I only need it for small spots. I guess all these people are happy w just seeing a visible surface spot removed but if you are needing to clean a spot wear a pet has pee’d on a carpet, this is not powerful enough in anyway to remove that from deep in your carpet. You can barely feel any suction on your hand and left my carpet soaking wet still. I will be returning and getting another plug in one. I’m so bummed cuz I was so excited about a handheld spot remover. Just no power and hardly any suction.

Regret not returning it honestly. Does not dispense water, and has VERY poor suction. Soo doesn't really do awhole lot but spray cleaner? Decent for small liquid spills.

You put cleaner it it but no water? I read the instructions twice. Returned it the next day. Just buy the one with the handheld attachment.
