Works really well on my tile floors. Cleans better than my mop.

I ordered this to clean my hardwood floors. My friend has the one with vacuum all in one and she is very pleased with hers. So I ordered this. I am very pleased with the effectiveness of the cleaner. I was surprised at the weight of the unit. but very satisfied. I haven't tried the steamer on anything else but am looking forward to it.

I had a Dyson that broke and was nervous about choosing a Bissell - the Dyson innovation effect. But I am in love with this steamer. It is better than my Dyson, doesn't clog, heats quicker, and works amazing. I use it on my grout. Who knew it was supposed to be white, not pink? Floors, counters, showers, even steaming clogged noses. Honestly, this is a great steamer.

Needed for quick clean of white tile in main hall. Somewhat heavier than antisipated but keeps hall mess clean with min effort.

The one feature I do not like about this product is that " the steam is continuous". Unlike the other model it replaced where the steam only comes out when you push the handle. This kind of feature makes the spot where you park the steamer wet !!!! Other wise it makes steam fast .I would only recommend this if you have tiled flooring. The model I have is " Bissell Power fresh" Pet lift off - Pet.

I bought this for the steam mop and i have ended up using it for everything. Love the color coded attatchents for kitchen and bathroom and this quickly has become my go to cleaning device. The steam mop is perfect for cleaning up muddy pawprints on my kitchen floor. Love the long cord so I can clean without having to move outlets constantly.

I was looking at buying a steam mop when I realized that my 7 mon old son was going to be crawling soon and exploring every inch of the floors. I have a cat and the thought of my son crawling over the floors where the cat just ran around on after just having gotten out of the litter box made me cringe. I wanted something hat is quick and easy to handle. I had considered the Shark at first but thanks to wonderful reviews on Best Buy I was convinced to try the Bissell. This is why I decided to write my own review with the hope that it can be helpful for someone else. The water heats up quick and the steam is powerful. The way I know it gets nice and hot is by the fact that the floor dries very quickly after I've cleaned it. So far I have only used it as a mop and I have not use the lift-off feature, but I have a bathroom with little nooks and crannies that are begging to be deep steamed. I highly recommend this product!!!

Seems to work good, heats up quickly. I like that the tank is removable and can be used to clean just about anything!

I must have purchased just about every style of 'steam mop' ever produced and to-date this is the BEST ONE currently available --- it has a LARGE WASHABLE MOP HEAD... which enables you to clean a larger area faster NO TRIGGER... the steam - when on - comes out continuously with other brands you need to hold down the trigger to release steam TOUCH BUTTON CONTROLS... the controls are brightly lite and are facing up to you making them easily seen and adjustable HAND-HELD STEAMER... and the best feature is that the unit can be transformed into a handheld unit which is perfect for auto detailing and other tight spots you wish to clean! --- so if you are in the market for a steam mop THIS IS THE ONE!

Cleans thoroughly and disinfects. leaves floors squeaky clean! I love how you can even go barefoot and your feet stay clean. I have 2 puppies and have to constantly clean and disinfect and this really gets the job done! the only thing i didnt like was that the scent disks that come with it dont really smell like anything.

This mop replaces a "hurricane" mop & bucket that we used on our hardwood floors, and we are thrilled with its performance. With the steam the floors dry quickly , and clean up easily compared to having to scrub dirty spots on your knees. The cord is a sensible length, preventing frequent plug & unplugging issue.

I love my steamer, so glad I made the investment. I was able to clean my baseboards and they look new. Love the quick clean up of my bathrooms. Only downside is the residue that sometimes stays behind in the corners when cleaning. I would give 5 stars except that drawback.

Versatile, it is able to adapt to many different functions. It can be an up-right or detached to a hand-held device. The water container is kind of small. I will need two fill for the kitchen mopping, and this the only concern that it won't get a 5-star review.

I like how it works I do wish there were more steam holes for better steam cleaning power.
