I used to do one room and returned it. I have a huge amount of experience with home shampoo cleaners. This unit made the carpet incredibly wet - with only one wet pass. Had to use multiple fans and still damp 24 hours later.

I wish I could give this cleaner a -2 stars! I should’ve known that it was not going to be good when I received the first cleaner via UPS it was clear that it was a returned item as the the box was open (I ordered a new, not open box). I returned it to the store, the same day and ordered a replacement. I received my replacement two days later, used it, and the dirty water reservoir leaked back onto the carpet. I tried using it a second time, and the spray feature would not work. This is apparently a common problem with this machine. The return period - which was less than a month ago has already expired! Now I’m stuck with a $200 piece of junk!!!

The cleaner seems to work okay. However, each of the parts of the cleaner were thrown into the shipping box in a completely haphazard way indicating that this unit was a return or a display model. If Best Buy is going to sell a product that has been used they should say so. It will be hard for me to trust Best Buy with another online purchase.

The product would have been fine but this particular model did not work properly. I’ve always been happy with BISSELL in the past.

Worst machine i have ever bought wanted to return it but because of mywork hrs im unable to ...it doesn't pick up anything off my carpet when its to steam it soaks the carpet and the carpet it super wet cant dry ...worse product ever..i would really like my money back

Not dispensing enough water to steam clean carpet, especially pet household. Lid for water tank hard to put on and off.
