    As soon as you put the solution in the holder it dump out all over the floor. But if they could fix that problem it did a great job cleaning just takes a ton of solution because you don't have time to even move the machine.

    This carpet cleaner started making a noise one week after buying it. And we only used it twice. So we had to return it more the next model up. The next model up is better

    This machine has some assembly required, but is easy to use and store. It removed stains from our carpet and the carpet dried quickly. The express setting didn't do much at all. I found I needed to use the max clean setting or deep clean setting for peak performance. I've not had the opportunity to use the tools that came with it.

    I love the fact that it is lightweight and easy to use. My old Hoover was heavy and clumsy, Tge upholstery attachment is very easy to use as well.

    This is misleading at best. The water has to be heated. The steam cleaner does not heat the water. Then there's the problem of actually using it. As your sucking up the water. It's also blowing it out the back. You have to physically pick it up and set it down to get the remaining water. This was not money well spent. Previous models weren't this poorly constructed
