Very easy to use. Awesome mop! The battery runs out quickly though. I could only do one floor and it would die. The floor is about 400 sq ft.

This item works well! I love and my mother loves it too! Only downside is the battery life! 20 minutes goes by pretty fast! Lol

I’m in love with this mop. I researched so many different “back saving” mops before purchasing this one. It’s amazing! It just floats across the floors. Since you can’t really apply pressure to the mop, I was concerned my tile floors might not come clean, but they did!! They even passed the “white paper towel test.” After I mopped, and the floor was still wet, I wiped a paper towel over my tile. No dirt!

This cleaned the vinyl plank floor so easily and it is quiet and easy to use. Love that is has a swivel head to get into tight spaces like beside and around the toilet.

I actually really really like this product. Way more than I thought I would. It’s movements are very smooth and I love the Velcro feature of the pads.

I hated moping our floors but this mop has made it more bearable. My only complaint is that the battery dies fairly fast. Other than that it’s a great product!

WOW. This product exceeded my expectations. I have 2, very active, pups who love tracking in mud, slobber, etc and this scrubs the floor spotless.

I love this mop! I just wish the pads were a bit rougher for the stuck on stuff that some times happens, easy to use self propelled!

Easy to use and clean! It used to be tiring using a regular mop, the BISSELL mop makes the job easier. Saves time and energy too!

I am extremely lazy when it comes to cleaning but this made me clean the whole house & i only had it for a day!! I just wish the battery life could be longer

This thing works great. My wife loves it. I was concerned with how long the battery would last but that hasn't been a concern thus far. Great product!!

The biggest gripe I have is the battery life. If you only need to clean an 8'x8' floor, then the battery will get you through. But, if you own a home and have tile in the kitchen, hardwood in other areas, plus a bathroom or two, this will not make it out of the kitchen. After it dies it takes 2 hours to charge it back up for use again. Also, I wouldn't recommend this on tile anyway, it just pushes the dirt into corners and grout lines with no way to get in to those areas for cleaning. If you try to use any elbow grease the spinning motors start to bog down, so basically the weight of the machine is all the scrubbing power you get. I like the idea, and the fact that it is cordless is really helpful for portability. In the end, I returned it and went back to a regular mop.
