Excellent Excellent, fast delivery, this machine really has been extremely helpful with our new baby mattress.

Best ever! My cat had vomitted on my bedroom carpet and I had to manually clean up the mess but could only clean the surface because the rest had buried deep into the carpet. It was a dark ugly stain. I left it like that for a week when I finally purchased the Bissel SpotBot. So easy to use. I turned on the machine set it to deep clean and left it running for the six minutes that it needs. After the six minutes it beeped I stopped the machine lifted the machine up and the stain was gone!! Such a great job! I also love the hose and brush accessories if you’d like to do it manually for touch ups, small surface stains, etc. I love how you just turn on the machine, set it, and just walk away and it does it all the work for you. Just love that!

I had the original Spot Bot when it first came out. It's essentially unchanged, and that's a good thing. It saves me from pulling out my full-sized machine every time my chi Archie or one of his friends has an accident in the house.

Bought a second one for a family member because we love this thing!! Just start it and walk away. It does such a good job cleaning also.

Great spot cleaner if you have pets or kids and need to fix an oops or accident. It does a nice job and is fast. Way easier than dragging out the big shampooer for a small job.

The spot bot is excellent when you are looking for it to do the scrubbing for you. You set it on the stain, and it goes to work. BesBuy was one of the only places I could find one like this!

We have owned 2 of these over the last 10 years and they are absolutely worth every penny when you have pets with rigs or carpet!!!

I would recommend this to people with pets, because it is easy to use and does a great job cleaning up.

I bought this unit because the set it an go functionality appealed to me. For fresh stains, I think it does an excellent job. For set-in stains, quite the opposite. What once was maybe 6-7 pea spots - maybe 4-6" in diameter each, is now a giant spot 1-2' in diameter that looks darker than the original stain. My sister has suggested that it may have just brought old stains to the surface. I may go back and try hitting the whole spot again to see if it ever comes out. I also think it uses a LOT of product, which is not cheap.

Poop, pee, pizza from the trash anything. Takes it right out. Wake up to a spot on the floor. Grab this guy put it on the spot and push deep clean, come nack when it beeps and now you have a six diameter clean spot on your carpet.

This is our 2nd spotbot. We had our first one for almost 5 years. Works as described. We have two pups so there is always something to clean up. Works great.
