I would purchase this again and again. It saves on time and elbow grease. You don't know clean until you steam clean!

I love the idea of it. It squirts more water than steam. if you sit it down, 9/0 times it falls over. No on/off switch. You have to use both hands at all times while using it.

Bigger water reservoir would work better and a longer hose. Having to hold the machine and press the button is just awkward

The product does not hold enough water for deep cleaning, and I do not know the pressure level behind the steam. I purchased a similar product from Amazon which appears to had more pressure behind the steam.

Steam-wise this is an excellent product, with good attachments, at a reasonable price. However, I do NOT like that it takes 2 hands to operate (i.e. must push down on switch to operate). The "spray button" should have a lock mode. I am going to see if other manufacturers provide this option.

Worked to clean my bathroom tile. Not very ergonomic though.

This steamer comes with a lot of little attachments that makes cleaning easy. It is very easy to use and works well.

I love this thing. I’m using to clean tile grout. Just wish the tank was bigger but I love how it just knocks out the dirt. Using in baseboards too.

I don't if it's the size but was expecting a little better performance. It's alright and does an ok job

Works great! I cleaned windows with it and was so impressed! Love being able to clean without chemicals.

I like it for the most part. I just wish it would come with a small carrying pouch for all the small attachments. These are easy to lose/ misplace. Otherwise a good product.

Works as intended. Impressed with the cleaning results. Was awesome for getting out fabric stains in a thin rug, cleaning baseboards, sliding door tracks, etc. awesome tool in the cleaning closet.

So glad I got this! It had been out of stock forever. It’s so convenient & makes cleaning stubborn stuff so much easier. It’s gotten all kinds of spots off our kitchen tile.

Wonderful product, bought for my wife as s christmas gift. She loves it, it comes with many different detachable heads to clean different surfaces.

bought this and returned it as it wasn't as advertised. figured I'd try it on more items than what I did, so bought it again a couple weeks later. Does not melt away dirt and grime from the shower/tub. does not clean the oven door, nor the oven floor. I had watch videos and it just showed the dirt/grease melt away. Melt away???? didn't happen. I will keep it as it does a quick job of cleaning the window tracks. Haven't tried it on the windows yet. Will do so when the rainy season is over. I do have to say that BestBuy was great when it came to returning it. I didn't have the box and only had to tell them it wasn't as advertised.

This was purchased as a gift for my daughter, she has used it several times and still very impressed with it.

Love the power of it, gets the job done well. After three uses, it turned on but didn't steam anymore. Grateful for best buys repair service. Plannning to get one more to see if the outcome is still the same

Was so excited to get this product only for it to be a disappointment. The water comes out with steam, does not clean the stove just spreads water around. The tank is so small and hard to use to clean bathroom since you have to press the button and hold the hose at the same time. Not practical at all wish i could return.
