Works exactly as advertised (a refreshing change). Light weight was a must, and it cleans both regular carpet and area rugs very well. Am very pleased with this product.

Light weight and easy to handle. Good suction and scrubbing action. Really like that the front cover comes off to allow full access to the suction path and brush roll.

This is for smaller areas, that doesnt mean you can use it for bigger rooms you will just have dump out the dirty water and refill it more. Its a wonderful vacum cleans very good.

I really enjoy this cleaner. I use my own special cleaner and it gets it up with no problem. It actually made my carpet a little softer. I really enjoyed this because I have a cat and a dog so it really pulls the hair up.

Bought it as a replacement as all the others were a bit more expensive. Works great! With a good price tag too! A lot easier to clean too!

This shampooer works perfectly for what I need it to do. Small enough and light enough maintain Powerful enough to suck up the dirty water. I would recommend this if your looking for value and quality

Works great with the carpet. The size is just adequate for small homes/spaces. Instructions are very easy and it’s almost just plug and go.

Excellent product. Cleaned my dirty cream color carpets back to a beautiful cream. I really love this bissell machine. Fills up with dirty water quick tho so if your looking to do a larger area carpet look for a bigger carpet cleaner.

I used this to clean an old stain. It did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet. Will be trying it on my rugs soon. Very easy to use too.

Very easy to use and love that it is light weight. Not sure that it is as powerful as a full size carpet cleaner but it works for me.

This little carpet cleaner is perfect for my area rugs and around the bed area lightweight very easy to use and definitely gets the job done

This works so well, it's meant to be a spot cleaner but I've used it to clean the entire mudroom carpet. Even without detergent, the before and after is stunning. It's super convenient to use, gets the job done for both pet messes and general high traffic areas. I've cleaned a few pet messes and the stain is completely gone. It requires a little patience with filling and emptying the water tank, but very good at what it does. And since it's so easy to use I use it frequently just to freshen up the carpet.

Works great and its a lot lighter the our old one! Cleans just as well. Easy to bring up and down the stairs.

It seems really powerful when you use it but it doesn't really get the smell of the urine completely out. It almost seems like it just mixes soap and water with the urine to dilute it. Its also pretty bulky. Note that if you do buy it, you'll get a coupon from Bissell for their 3 step pet cleaner for a great price so maybe hold off on buying another cleaner until then. There will be a small soap in the box to tide you over.

Very easy to use and cleaned carpet beautifully. Got stains out and dried nicely too. The machine is not big and bulky either. Very happy with this purchase.

I love this I haven't used it yet but I'll have you something similar. I love the price of it I love the size of it and I love that I had some discounts on it also. I do wish that it came with attachments
