I attempted to utilize the email sent via Best Buy to access my digital library and the item is not even there although it had been purchased. I even reached out to online support. A tech named Mercy helped, stated she found a solution and I would receive a new link or email within 2 hours to access my digital library again. NOT- no email. LIES, I checked my inbox and junkmail box and found no trace of the solution to my problem nor a copy of the transcript that I requested for proof. I should a receive a refund for services not rendered.

Really i would not have bought it if it had stated on the Box, Buyer beware.

I followed directions to load and what I got was a 7 day trial version. I wasted 2 hours trying to get the activation code to load to no avail. Spend the extra 8 bucks and get Norton or something else.
