I think this has gone smoothly. Last year, I bought a physical copy, as I did the year prior. I found that Bitdefender had also "auto-renewed" my subscription, so I paid for it twice. Auto-renewed copy was significantly inflated on price. This means that Bestbuy shared my credit card information, but the manager at the local store says that could not happen. I don't believe that. I did not get any reimbursement from Bitdefender for this. I tried.

One of the best security programs out there. Easy to use and protection is outstanding. Has everything I need including password manager! So glad I went with this and got rid of Norton.

The first thing I like about this is that it was pretty okay and easy to set up. I didnt get confused during any steps and once it was downloaded, it seems very user friendly and easy to understand. This was my first buying and setting up myself. And I love how I can protect a few more devices as well. I was able to get it for my Mamis HP laptop. But I couldnt download it for my Papis Google Chromebook, due to the software. Overall, I’m happy and if all goes well, I’ll buy more/renew it.

Love how easy it is to use and it does a great job. Love the VPN as well. Just don't pay full price for it.

The parental control is a cool feature. Wish it was more app friendly. Able to limit time, websites, and can even remotely disconnect from the internet.

Bitdefender has been a reliable asset for our computers, phones and tablets. It works invisibly in the background and keeps our components safe.

This product is the best that I've used to secure my computer, and now my phone. I will only use a different product if this one is unavailable. Just today, someone sent an attachment to my phone, had I opened it, I would have had problems for as long as it took to get rid of what was hidden in there. Bitdefender deleted it after warning me about it. There may be some that are close, but I doubt that there are any that are better.

Bitdefender Premium Security has always worked great for me over the years. They keep making changes and upgrades that help a lot. Easy to install and use which is a huge plus.

Recommended security for your devices. Works well with Mac and windows. Has a great VPN that is included. Was always using Trend Micro for well over 15 years, but now I will be using Bitdefender for the next 15 years.

After a couple of hard lessons, I really recommend. You find the vendor your trust most to provide the protection you need for your computes. My criteria was 10 licenses, a company with good history (did a lot of research) … and I’m happy

Bitdefender is highly-rated security software. I bought a laptop from Best Buy and had them install the software. It worked fine for a few days, but after that, the VPN was not connecting. Anyway, I returned the laptop (for other reasons besides that) and had BB install Bitdefender on my new laptop, but I am not sure that it is completely functioning. I will need to investigate this further. The issue could be with the installation.
