I was initially hesitant to purchase such a bulky strap, but the design is excellent. Must be worn across body with camer in right hip for optimal performance/comfort. Good product!

Although this is an expensive strap it is well worth the money. The best buy staff could sell more if they demonstrated how they work. I have two of the Black Rapid straps.

Picked this up on a trip when I forgot my strap. Used it during a concert. Worked very well for staying put on my shoulder while dancing.

This strap makes it easy to carry your camera with a big heavy lens attached. I used mine to carry a Nikon D3300 with the 200-500mm f/5.6 lens attached for most of the day at the Reno Air Races this year and had no problems. I recommend this for anyone who needs to carry for a long time and/or has heavy equipment.

As an Eventing photographer, I spend countless hours on my feet during a show. I typically shoot with a Canon 1DX and 70-200 2.8is lens. After about 2 hours of hand holding this combo, I am ready to quit. I purchased this strap 2 shows ago and I am very pleased. Its very durable and works as advertised, but the biggest plus is the width and comfort of the shoulder strap. A little pricey, but worth the money.

My dog is the primary subject of most of my photos, but I didn't always have my DSLR readily available because the manufacturer-provided strap caused it to hang awkwardly on my body. Although the price may seem alarming at first, the benefits it brings to photography far outweigh the cost.

This is a great camera strap. Heavy cameras with neck straps cause my neck to just ache. The Black Rapid strap goes over shoulder making carrying a heavy camera and lens much less fatiguing. Only negative I have had is if I am riding in a car with the camera on the strap shoulde the strap tends to slide off my shoulder. Would purchase this strap again in a heartbeat.

Relatively easy to put on and fairly comfortable. Easy to adjust with the clamps on the strap and so far I haven't had any issues with the screw loosening while in the field with a relatively heavy camera. I'd recommend this product. The only thing I wish this had is the pocket for your cell phone on the strap. But that's not a deal breaker.

Bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it! Very handy.

nice for a light hike or for getting the weight of a standard camera strap off your neck at long duration events.

This is a very functional and comfortable strap which allows you to carry your camera in ready position all the time it is ideal for vacations and spur of the moment shots it is worth the rcpense

An excellently designed strap for a heavy camera. It takes all of the pressure off of your neck. Recommend that you get the strap designed for the opposite hand that you use primarily (i.e., right hand strap for a lefty). This way your dominate hand is not obstructed by your camera if you need to open doors, or move things while carrying the camera.

Works as advertised, used it while taking pictures at a paintball event...made it very comfortable to move around the field with little strain on my back/shoulder

This has been one of the best purchases I've made for my camera. I like to bring my camera along on hiking trips and this strap makes that easy.
