I got this cam as a cheap wat to monitor my 3D printer in another room/ when im out and about. And it does the job, i can see my printer print for 90 seconds before it ask me to refresh or pay for the subscription plan. Now for the video quality, even at the max settings and a router next to it.. it sucks lol every thing is blurred unless the the ibject js massive but still you can not see any details. Thank god i had a $10 gift card and the item was marked down $10, so im goijg to keep it but, i wiuld never pay full price for this.

This one works for couple months then stops working and shows a green blinking light. Tried resetting, reset button won’t work or it won’t let cam reset. This is a replacement of 1st which stopped working after a rain. Now the bad luck is I can’t return this one as last day to return if does not work is 03/30 and I was out of country :(

This is so easy to set up and monitor on your Blink app ! The video and audio are crystal clear. It's small enough to tuck away out of sight but still monitor the space you want recorded. An excellent indoor camera.

I have 3 of these for monitoring my home and my infant daughter’s bedroom. They work great and are seamless with our Amazon Alexa for at home use and with the phone app for away use. You can arm and disarm them and they will notify you and record any motion detected while armed. I personally recommend these cameras for any use.
You could purchase the subscription for cloud storage for your videos or you could purchase a Blink SyncModule 2 and connect a flash drive for local storage right from your home.
The setup for these cameras is the easiest setup of any brand WiFi security camera I’ve used yet.
Ease of use is 11/10
Mobile App 10/10
Smart Device Sync / Implementation 10/10
Cloud & Local Storage 10/10
Price 20/10
Audio 9/10
Two way microphone 10/10
Night vision 8/10
Overall video quality 8/10

I Love This Little Camera!

Let me start by saying I had little to no expectations when I bought this camera.
I fully expected it to be a device I wouldn’t use, or that I’d find some fault in it that seemed it unworthy.
That hasn’t been the case.
This camera was extremely easy to set up; I downloaded the Blink app, signed up for an account, scanned the QR code when prompted and boom! It was ready to go.
I love that there are countless settings you can adjust to your liking, including whether or not the indicator light is on when the camera is on or not, the motion sensitivity, video quality, etc.
Perhaps what’s coolest about this camera is that you can hear what’s going on, and then you can press “talk” from the app and the camera has a speaker on it that allows you to communicate in real time. Maybe I’m behind a bit in security capabilities but I thought this was super cool.
This camera has put my mind at ease; I was in an abusive situation and suffer from PTSD as a result. I often hear a noise and panic, or when I’m away from home for more than a day, I panic that someone’s in my home.
Now, with my Blink mini, I know for a fact I’ll receive an alert if anything moves, and I can check in any time.
By the way, setting the sensitivity pretty high caught a fly making its way around my house and sent me an alert. It was an immediate alert because I instantly got up and found the fly and dealt with it.
LOVE THIS CAMERA!!! If you’re on the fence of wondering whether to buy it or not, BUY IT! You won’t be disappointed.

Easiest setup of all the do-it-yourself home security cameras, in my opinion. Plug this camera in with the included power block and cable, plug in the sync box, open the app, add devices by scanning the QR code located on the back of the camera. The app is too easy to use and configure. The trickiest part is setting the camera sensitivity to fit the area being covered. Hearing what's happening and being able to talk through the camera is a huge plus and selling point. Very small and sits relatively unnoticeable on a shelf or stand, but would probably stand out a bit if mounted on a wall due to the color and cable hanging down.

I was turned onto the Blink Mini via an add-on bundle while purchasing an ECHO Show 5 and another security cam. For the price point, the Blink Mini offers really good video quality during light and with IR night mode. It's very small stature is inconspicuous compared to other larger cameras, but those larger ones also have additional features and better video capture. It is a corded power source and of decent length, but maybe not ideal for ceiling amount..unless you have a plug high up. It's a 2 piece power supply between the plug and the cord (USB A to Micro USB), so if you need longer cord, you could try a USB A extension cable if you wanted to retain the included cable that is formed to the slot of the camera on the micro USB side or you can just get a normal USB A to Micro USB cable if it doesnt matter to you. The app and set up is easy and intuitive to use. Integration with Alexa is just as easy and voice commands work well too.

I added this wired mini camera to my existing Blink wireless kit.
Setup was easy, with the added benefit of this camera running off a USB adaptor. The only rub was that the adaptor in the box was dead on arrival. Since I have a drawer full of USB adaptors, I scrounged one that came from an Echo Dot.
The camera works reliably, capturing an alternate view from my Blink doorbell camera of my front door. In my setup, the doorbell camera gets the side/profile view, and the mini gets the frontal view of anyone who comes to my door.
The IR view is less than stellar with most cameras. To address this, I disabled the IR function, and rely on a motion sensor light to provide sufficient lighting, and the best video quality possible.
I have no complaints, and I really appreciate the low price. This isn't the best quality camera on the market. But then again, it does what it needs to do, keeping an eye on my home.
The app is required, and if you want local storage, you will also need to buy the Sync 2 module. When compared to the monthly fees many of the competitors charge for video storage, I prefer this option of having all my videos stored in my own home, and not the cloud, where there is a monthly fee.
This beats the old DVR setups with wires running everywhere, and the spinning hard disk making a constant racket by a huge margin. Easier setup, and a much lower cost is just the icing on the cake.
