Very good device I love it I bought it from my daughter and my son but when I was looking at computers and my wife and daughter were purchasing the phone the guy who was servicing them said well I guess you really don't care about your mother too much since you're getting this phone which was very disrespectful I think these phones are very reliable and affordable for people who can't afford top dollar for phones as well as the one we were looking for said they had them in stock he said it wasn't there but the one he gave us wasn't even wrapped in the plastic like the other ones I purchased which led me to believe this was a refurbished or open product I love Best Buy with all my heart but this was very bad

this is the only thing I have got from another store, and these people were so unpleasant to us and didn't have any knowledge of what they were Selling us.
the phone itself works ok and again I needed it for work and was told it was the best phone for the job I do, but it wasn't, and I had to go buy me a new phone elsewhere

I bought this as a gift, but had to return it. They had it listed as compatible with Verizon in store. Purchased online due to the store being very busy that day. Once we tried setting it up, we realized it was not compatible with the Verizon network.
However, the little bit we used it, it seemed like it would be a great phone for someone who doesn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for a new smartphone.

Best Buy is an unprofessional company; otherwise, they would not sell phones that do not work. BLU should not be allowed to be sold. It breaks if one barely touches it, and small tasks like putting pictures on one’s computer do not work. The sound is so terrible that one cannot have a decent conversation with someone on the phone — isn’t that the purpose of a phone?
