This was my second in less than a year its a very Good Bluetooth but one defect it brakes really quick were the head loop slides in and out is got a clip that brakes they need to put screws not Glue i will.buy it again if blue parrot upgraded to screws better

I really like this headset. The sound quality and noise cancellation are fantastic. The bluetooth range is great. The battery life is great. Comfort was good. Multipairing worked pretty well. My only complaint? The plastic housing that retains the headband seems to be under-designed. At least on my 2019 model B350-XT. After 3.5 years of light usage, the plastic housing that retains the headband fractured and rendered the headset useless. I don’t know if they need to use better plastic, or add more material to beef it up, but I expect more than 3.5 years of use out of a $140 headset. Note that this headset was not abused. It lived its life indoors, and was not used for commercial truck driving. I hate to post a negative review for a product I otherwise love, but maybe someone from corporate will see this and fix the design if enough people complain. If you buy this, I suggest not extending the headband much. This seems to put more stress on the plastic.

Excellent Headset – Highly Recommended! I am extremely satisfied with my BlueParrott headset. The sound quality is crystal clear, and the noise-cancelling microphone works amazingly well, even in very loud environments. The battery life is outstanding and easily lasts a full day of work without any issues. It is very comfortable to wear for long hours, and the Bluetooth connection is strong and reliable. This headset is perfect for professional use, especially for drivers and anyone who needs clear communication on the go. Definitely worth the investment!

I purchased this headset for work. My previous headset covered both ears and I didn't like not hearing my voice. The instruction 'manual' was lacking (the instructions for connecting to bluetooth were terrible). It helped to find a manual online as well as finding the App in the App store on my phone. I could configure the Blue Parrot button with the App. I tried working out with the headset (my instructor uses Zoom) but it doesn't hold onto my head very well. Perhaps hair clips would help. The sound is great. The range is good - I could take the trash out to the curb and still get reception. In the house, I could go maybe 2 rooms away. The power lasts all week, too. Overall comfort of the headset is great.

Don't let this company go out of business - and don't let this company get bought out by another competitor. You need this headset, no matter what! The sound quality is not bad, but what's super cool about this device: the battery lasts a long time! I do find the buttons a little too much to handle when pairing with other devices; not really easy to remember the button-press combinations for pairing... That could be done more easily by adding a really nice simply "pair me" button... smaller than the others, requiring no changes to the housing design, which is perfect. I like my BlueParrott. If they ventured to make these in different colors like bright shiny red, baby-boy blue, teal green, and majestic royal purple and gold... Watch this company if they take my advice for free. Otherwise, buy one before they're all gone. Expensive, but worth the investment - will outlast your other wireless headset and microphone solutions. Use with your phone(s), laptop, apple device, hands-free solution, etc. Good sound on the recorded vocals also (hint for artists who need to record on the go with a multi-use solution).

Pros: Good range, others say mic pickup is excellent, lightweight, clear sound. Great battery life. Cons: Max sound not loud enough, buttons are small and it easy to hit the wrong one as they are all the same size.

Lightweight and comfortable one sided headset. Powerful noise cancelling ability is awesome for business calls. Easy to link with bluetooth on numerous applicances.

Sound quality, comfort, and ease of use are all excellent. I am having no issues! I'm not technologically inclined and I found setup and pairing to be very easy. This is my first headset.

This is an excellent headset. I really like the sound quality when I'm on teams in the zoom meetings. More importantly, I have been really impressed that everybody can hear me and that my line quality is excellent. The earpiece is comfortable, and you can swap out for a leatherette or foam covering. Overall it does start to hurt if you leave it on all day, owing to the tension on the opposite side of your head where the band sits above your ear, but if you sit on meetings all day this is the one to get because you can talk for over 9 hours a day on a single charge. I highly recommend it.

I work in a call center for 9 hours a day and because of Covid I have to work remotely and I’ve bought 4 headsets and had issues with echoing or the customer not being able to hear me but these headphones work AMAZING! They sound is clear and consistent and they hold a charge for days And they are comfortable! I know they are pricey but they are worth it! Only complaint is I wish the mic was a little longer but I can deal with it!

They’re light weight, the reception is clear and crisp, the range is good - I can walk a good distance away from the device. Also, the sound from video and music is exceptional for one ear. It does everything those expensive sets do. So, get this one. Don’t waste your money on the expensive sets, and don’t be cheap either. Get it right this time. Oh, and there’s a really cool app with this set that will help you navigate through the functions of the set. It’s super easy to set up on two devices at the same time. I hope this helps someone.

I use this on the farm. When I'm in the tractor I was worried the speaker would not be loud enough but I can hear it fine! People say they can hear me fine. Other bluetooth sets they would complain of background noise. These are comfortable and battery life is outstanding!!! I would definitely suggest to buy this headset.
