I have gone through jawbones, blue ants, and Plantronics.......so, as much as they all have their cool features, they all started out great but ended up the same. That is, they never stayed in place in my ear and actually hurt after long periods. I use it 50% of my workday and always found myself pushing it in my ear to hear better or get better quality sound(bass tones). Also, I use it on weekends when I drive my convertible and most just don't do the job with all the external road noise. This one, however, is a nice product that satisfies all my needs. If you don't mind the old school, Janet Jackson look, then this one should put a smile on your face. Fits comfortably like the old Sony stereo headphones that used to cost $50 and up. I no longer have to push anything further into my ear as is has a fluffy cushion on the outside of the ear and has great quality sound. Everyone seems to hear me clearly, the only complaint I've received was that it sounded distant, maybe muted, but that was only one person out of 15 that I've asked, and I suspect maybe it was her headset's problem not mine. Also, read reviews by many big rig truckers who use it and all favorable. Would definitely recommend for practical purposes, not for stealth ability or fashion. Battery lasts the longest of all that I've tried! Go for it, if you don't mind looking like a telemarketer or a female R&B artist......no offense Janet, the "Control" album is the bomb.

This is the preferred headset of truckers. At home this is a flawless way to talk on a cell phone and move around the house without interference. People think I'm on a landline. Very comfortable. Holds charge for a long time. Spend the money and step up to BlueParrott superior quality. You will never buy anything else !

I've tried many Bluetooth items and wasn't very satisfied with any as far as phone calls go. I am a truck driver and my wife hears me over everything including my Jake brake and my window being down because I'm a smoker. If you need a good noise cancelling headset, this is the way to go.

Headset matched perfectly with Panasonic phone system also purchased at same time clarity and volume levels are excellent set up was a breeze.

Great headset, can have a conversation with out truck noise in the background and can hear everything coming thru the ear piece with little distortion. The One touch button can access your contacts simply by saying there name, can convert your speech into text messages (depending on your phone type) and just make your driving experience way better. Totally worth the price.

I brought this because my step dad is a truck driver. He brought a product similar to this but it didn't work as great. Bestbuy.com has the best price for this item. I saw this item at truck stops for $130. So I was really happy with all the savings. It works really good, step dad uses it while driving and even when he's simply at home.

I like the idea that I'm not putting something in my ear. This is just like the name implies, it is a headset and fits comfortably on the outside of the ear. The microphone is right in front of the mouth making the speech clear to who ever you are speaking to. It is rather bulky, though.

I'm a truck driver and I use this head set every night! I think this is a great head set and I would recommend it to any other driver. It cuts out sound so you can hear clearly.

I've never used a headset before, but now have a work-from-home job and need to be on several conference calls per week. I wanted a comfortable headset that wrapped over my head vs. the little ones that just stick on your ear. I wanted noise canceling so I didn't have to worry about my customers hearing background noise. And I wanted a strong, clear sound in my ear. I read several reviews and all described the product I wanted. I love this headset. It does everything I asked for. Holds the charge really well, too. I've had many of my co-workers and customers ask me for the brand and make. Highly recommended!

It serves it's purpose. People can hear me clearly. I sometimes have a little difficulty hearing the conversation but it gets very noisy in my truck. Overall a good product.

This was actually a gift to someone, and I was told by the receiver that this was the best bluetooth he ever had. He just would of loved it to extend a little longer over his head.

This is the first headset I've ever bought. I have a work-from-home job, and just wanted a headset that was comfortable, very easy to use, and filtered out as much noise as possible. I read lots of reviews, and this brand seemed to rise to the top. So far (after 1 month), this product is fantastic. Easy to connect, great charge, great sound and noise filtering. The only reason I knocked off 1 star is that the side without the earphone gets caught up in my hair, and I think it's a bit of a design flaw if you don't have close cropped hair - in other words, the product is designed for a man.

The other reviews mentioned this was big and clunky. I think it's perfect for my needs. I wanted a headset and not an ear bud. The range is great. The sound is fine. So far so good!

Regular Bluetooth headsets only last 3 hrs continuous talk. This one can go all day without a charge. More comfortable than an in ear all day.

Works great, talks clear with plenty volume. Range not great, maybe 15 to 20 feet. Also after it disconnects it can be difficult to reconnect.

this is my third one in 8 years....product is super! great noise cancellation....love this headset!
