Its a bit cumbersome compare to the small Jabra and I haven't found a feature to call back last number but overall its good and hasn't been lost yet.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.overall big fan of the blue parrot brand and technology especially the bx350 and 450 hardcore trucker and driver headsets however their recent attempts at appealing to more mainstream customers falls short. this model does not fit snugly into ear canal based on provided gel buds. fits over ear and does not fall off however ear snugness leaves a lot to be desired. max volume could be improved also . i will be returning item within required window timeframe.

We designed the BlueParrott M300-XT SE as an over-the-ear headset, with the EarGel meant to sit within the outer ear, not in your ear canal. To get the best fit with the BlueParrott M300-XT SE, we recommend trying each of the EarGels included with your device. It may also help to change the BlueParrott M300-XT SE's wearing style. To change the headset to wear it on the other ear, rotate the microphone horizontally to the other side. Then swivel the microphone up and over and point it towards your mouth. Trying something new

I don't like that it doesn't tell me who is calling. I have found with this bluetooth I have to make sure I have my phone in my hand or near me at all times. These are some of the things i miss with my old bluetooth. I just thought i would try something new

Multiple Call Handling Features

It took several practices for him to get use to pressing the buttons for two seconds and releasing without dropping calls. He's now a pro at multiple call handling. Sometimes it sounds like he's far away from the mic, it sounds like he's on a speaker phone. We didn't notice this untill after it was too late to return. It's a random issue that occurs here and there.

Drop Bluetooth connection

At times when I play my music or switch over to calls my Bluetooth will completely disconnect. The only way to reconnect the headset is to turn headset off completely and start the process of connecting all over again until the headset connects. Other than that good battery life, great job I really like the idea!
