The sound is amazing and the person on the other line does not hear any background noise. Love the fact that it’s wireless and rechargeable.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a horrible headset, I had to downgrade back to my B450. so it goes like this, you are listening to music and have an incoming call? well you have to press the button to answer it twice but hey dont press to fast or it wont register, so you press it once then give it a solid second and pess it again, only then it will answer. headset on and you got a video call from Whatsapp or Instagram?? good luck having it working, the only way it will work is if you turn it off and wait about 10 seconds to turn it on again, if you turn it off and try to turn it back on within 5 seconds or less, it just wont work and wont turn on. oh and after the call if you want to listen to music guess what, yes you must turn it off and on again. i regret buying this product.

Too much Disconnection

The material is very good and firm when it surrounds your head and ears. But the problem is it disconnects too often from the phone. I have IPhone 12 Pro Max and it’s not an old phone. I’ve used the S450-XT of BlueParrott and it was perfect but this one had a connection problem. I think I’ll return it and switch it with the S 450-XT again.
