Microphone removes all the noises from the background, only negative is the sound in the headphones could be louder.

The sound is amazing and the person on the other line does not hear any background noise. Love the fact that it’s wireless and rechargeable.

Don’t Buy! Won’t stay connected!

They drop Bluetooth connection all of the time. The sound quality is great as long as it works . . . When and if it works. The first one I had the 2nd ear speaker even shut everything down when plugged in to the headset. Very frustrating and disappointing from Blue Parrot. I have owned many Blue Parrot headsets as a truck driver but this has been the first model that was junk.

Terrible buttons and unreliable.

The button used to answer a call is the same button used to turn headset on/off and you have to hold the button for it to answer just like you would hold it to turn the power on/off so it’s very difficult to answer phone calls without turning the headset off. Noise cancellation and overall sound quality is the only good part of this headset. Actually using the headset is very difficult.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a horrible headset, I had to downgrade back to my B450. so it goes like this, you are listening to music and have an incoming call? well you have to press the button to answer it twice but hey dont press to fast or it wont register, so you press it once then give it a solid second and pess it again, only then it will answer. headset on and you got a video call from Whatsapp or Instagram?? good luck having it working, the only way it will work is if you turn it off and wait about 10 seconds to turn it on again, if you turn it off and try to turn it back on within 5 seconds or less, it just wont work and wont turn on. oh and after the call if you want to listen to music guess what, yes you must turn it off and on again. i regret buying this product.
