Customers are saying

Customers find value in the Bluetooth FM transmitter's ease of use and Bluetooth connectivity, making it a convenient option for hands-free calling and music streaming in vehicles lacking built-in Bluetooth. However, some users experienced issues with sound quality, reporting instances of static and low volume, particularly at higher speeds. The need to find a clear FM frequency to minimize interference was also noted.

    A Bit Lacking

The iSimple Bluetooth FM Transmitter allows you to play your phone or music player media in your car by tapping into the radio frequency of weak signal from a station or non existent channel. It's fairly easy to set up, but it's once its ready for use that I realize I wasted my money. Whether or not it was the transmitter itself or my car, you could hear faint sparks and spits of static while your music played throughout. And even when turning my car volume on high, the music is nowhere near as loud as I want it to be. After I returned this, I opted for the BlackWeb Bluetooth FM Transmitter from Wal-Mart and it did the job much better than this. I would recommend that over buying this. And on top of that, the BlackWeb Transmitter looks cooler in design.

Simple is best. This product is easy to use. The microphone can be placed anywhere in the vehicle, the cord is long enough. The microphone has double sided tape, to stick on anywhere. I had it for two weeks until I lost it, no idea where it’s at. It happens I guess.

Can get very static out of nowhere no matter what station you set it to. Clicker is a nice option so you don't have your phone in your hand.

I tried what might be the best Bluetooth solution short of changing radios, but it was clunky to use. Maybe OK if you only listen to music on your phone via BT, which it uses.. But if you are using the FM radio or CDs, you need to switch to 1 of four FM channel options (which works). I found it distracting and not seemless. I returned it and got a Pioneer AVH 521 on sale on Father's Day sale (see Geek install and unit reviews elsewhere.. 5*)

I ended up returning this, as the static was too loud to make it usable, regardless of the FM channel I chose to synch with. The mic was good, but not the audio coming out of it. Found another product that better suits my needs.

It does what it’s supposed to do and worked on the older vehicle we had fine. I’m never a huge fan of the FM transmitters though because it can be hard to keep one station when you drive to other areas.

If i had to have one without an option, it works and was fairly easy to get running. However the sound quality was poor at best and the voice transfer for phone use required me nearly yelling into the mike. I tried in my lexus with a very good stereo and still picked up back ground noise.

Definitely not worth the money it cost. Really wish I wasn’t lazy and went to return it. 60 bucks down the drain. The connection was poor, the usb/ charger connection was loose, and the volume (even maxed in my stereo and phone) was barely enough to hear on the freeway. God forbid you had the window cracked or AC running. The coolest thing about this was the bluetooth aspect, or the thought of it anyhow. I really don’t recommend this thing to anyone.

This little works perfectly for me. All you have to do is find the right station. One with the least amount of static. Once you do, connect your phone via Bluetooth and you’re ready to go!

This little device is perfect for people with older vehicles that are lacking the bluetooth capability of newer cars. The sound quality is great. Finding the right channel is definitely key to getting premium sound quality without any static. If you can do this, then you will be able to have quality sounding music in your car.

I got this for a road trip and it works great in my car but the car we were traveling in that I got it for it did not that is why I give it a 4 star. The part that plugs in is a bit long and didn’t fit.
