I had to glue the top back on after the first use, but i have bought others same brand an they have exceeded my expectations this one may have been a defect.

The lid would break if you try to tighten it a bit too much to prevent spillage. I broke within one week of use and my wife broke the replacement the week after. Factor in our time spent going to the store to have it replaced/returned, not a very good purchase.

Need to be careful to avoid cutting mouth while drinking. Edges can be sharp

My 4th grader broght this to school and the lid Broke out of it the first week...she says her friend was pulling it from her...

My bottle was delivered and when I opened it up , there scuff marks on the paint and a couple dents in it. Not happy !

The entire plastic piece from the top of the bottle broke inside. Best Buy would not exchange it for a new bottle so we had to contact manufacturer. Still waiting on reply.

Bought a couple of these, a couple of downfalls such as the flat part on the bottom is small so it's not the most stable. Also they don't handle a drop well at all, the thin outer steel dents very easily. However, they look good and do keep liquids hot and cold.

This bottle is amazing. I don't know how it keeps water ice cold for so long, but it does. I can leave it in my hot car while I run errands and the water is still cold hours later. I also fill it before bed because I sometimes wake up thirsty in the middle of the night and it's nice to have cold water on my night stand. I love this bottle and will buy a few more.

I have always looked for a water bottle at other places but had not seen one that met my expectations. Upon visiting a local Best Buy store spotted this one and knew it was the one. Insulation allows liquid inside to keep its temperature and seems like it will last me a long time.

I'm a big fan of bottles like Swell bottles but this was a great alternative! keeps my water really cold while I work out. Good price for what you're getting compared to the alternatives. Love it!

This is amazing! It keeps my water so cold throughout the day which I need cause I'm a college student and do a lot of walking in the heat!

Love this bottle. Not only is it cool looking, but it keeps a beverage cold for 24 hours! Even on a hot day in your car! Amazing!
