The robot works very well, the app is very intuitive and makes it easier to locate it around the house! Task planning works as it should and the robot easily avoids obstacles! cleaning the container is a bit high and there should be an option to not do it at night as it ends up being a bit scary if you put the robot in for nighttime cleaning. but I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I saw this robot on sale, something like $600 off the original price (I paid around $190 for it). I thought I would be getting an amazing robot to replace my $150 one. The only thing Bobsweep does that my cheapo doesn't is self empty. In fact, it does a worse job vacuuming as it just doesnt go along the edges in my kitchen. I reached out to support to let them know, and while they responded asking for videos, they never offered a solution or made a fix. Here is what my kitchen floor looks like after Bobsweep is done with it.

Wow! I did extensive research before deciding on the BOBSWEEP for my family’s Xmas gift. This nifty little machine vacuums and mops wonderfully and mapped out the house with no problem. It ticked anll the boxes including value for money! And BestBuy has a great deal going on for it periodically as well. The only family member that doesn’t like BOBSWEEP is the little family dog!

This little guy is amazing the best purchases I've ever made. I don't consider myself a clean freak but i would vacuum once a day and mop every other. With this guy i have hip do both every day sometimes every other. What a load off my shoulders. It is super accurate and precise on the areas.easy to set up, easy to use. I would highly recommend

Dustin is my very first robot vacuum and I’m not joking when I say he has been life-changing! No matter how tired I am, my floors are clean EVERY day now. Unfortunately, he hasn’t really been a match for my coarse, type 3C hair, but Dustin comes with a little tool for cutting hair out of the sweeping brush. I did have problems with the mop attachment not working when I first got Dustin, but customer service was super nice and patient in helping me try to trouble shoot. When nothing worked, they sent me a new attachment as Dustin was still under warranty and now he mops just fine. I raved about Dustin so much to my friends that they got their own for Christmas and named her Roberta!

The app makes it super easy to vacuum up around the house while im away. I’ve got a bad back and it picks up my dogs hair behind the couches so i dont have to move them. Wish i wouldve bought it sooner.

I am no robot vacuum "connoisseur" and can only compare to an older no-name robot vacuum from Amazon, but this is night and day already for me. I've been running this about 3 times a week for 2 weeks now and have had virtually no issues. My only complaint is that it's difficult to drop the vacuum into a room and have it cleaned, I had to create a new map for each room outside of my main living quarters then switch to this map for it to clean completely. Overall I am completely satisfied.

We are so happy with our purchase of the Dustin by bobsweep. We have him on a schedule and he vacuums for us every morning. This company also has excellent customer service if you ever need help. I highly recommend this robot!

Great value for what it's capable of. It's takes a little time for the first sweeping because it's scanning and mapping your rooms. It's great for keeping things nice and tidy picks up everything in it's path.

I like this product to vacuum. It’s easy to use and to install in the cellphone. I just didn’t like the mop function that Don’t work as expected

Makes keeping the dust and dog hairs to a minumun in the house a breeze. Set a schedule and all you have to do is remember to empty the bag every once in a while.. over time, learns your house and all the surrondings. Rarely ever gets stuck. Would recommend!

I like this product very much it cleans very good and does not take a lot of time. I had a little problem with the charging station but I called them and then send a new one because they have the warranty for two years. No question ask good
