This is the second dishwasher from this company. The first lasted 9 years and I had no complaints for the cost, The heating element stopped working. This model is different with the door handle on the outside Towel bar!

Quiet and efficient. My only wish is that the end of wash alert (several beeps every ten minutes for up to an hour) could be turned off for those times I'm still asleep in the next room.

Was a good replacements for our need. Installer found that the instation of the old unit was questionable. Installed an receptical for us to correct the problem.

Our new Bosch dishwasher not only looks good, but also performs its functions beautifully and so quietly. The Geek Squad handled the installation without a hitch, keeping us informed as to installation date & time & explained all the features for peak performance. Impressive purchasing experience all around!

Thevinside is very small. A standard 13x8 baking dish will not fit inside. The machine is also noisy. I'm returning it on Monday. Very disappointed!

Pretty good washer. Minor problem with plastic part which holds the soap cube. It actually melted to the extent that I had to remove it. Don't need it anyway! Other than that, we're very happy with the dishwasher.

The kick plate is too short. I have had it replaced and it is still too short. This may be a minor inconvenience to some but not to me. It seems that it may be a manufacturers problem, but should be corrected.

Our 5 year old kenmore stopped working and we needed a new unit asap. Best buy had a great selection and the salesperson was very helpful to process a quick transaction and also helped schedule the installation. I really liked the installation service communication process. Easy and they came on time.

Bosch, dishwasher has clean lines & washes as well as expected:) However, with 5+ settings I cannot say if it is in any way superior or inferior to other similar makes. Overall, works fine.

The dish washer is very quite. The biggest thing that is missing is the ability to turn off the heater. IF that was a feature this would be a GREAT machine

I love this dishwasher! It is so easy to load and holds a lot. My only complaint is it seems to be moist inside, even after the heated dry cycle. I just make sure to open it and unload it right away.

After researching dishwashers on various sites and reading consumer reviews, I knew the brand and model I wanted. This Bosch model has been rated one of the best values and performing machines out there. Best Buy had the best price on it that could be found. What a win win.

Really enjoying the rack alignment on this dishwasher. More dishes than I have ever been able to load are now possible. Also the high bar on the lower rack makes pulling the rack out a lot easier since I have back issues. Of course the machine is cleaning exactly as advertised.

Replaced high end dishwasher (about 8 years old) with this one. Much better overall. Red light that points at floor to tell you status threw me at first but nice feature once you know.

Choosing Bosch for our dishwasher replacement was a terrific choice. Our first Bosch product and its a winner! The black finish with the controls hidden when shut is beautiful. The racks inside are easily manipulated for our dishes. Very satisfied.

It is working fine. The is entire list of instructions for filling the silverware holder. What that about? The tub is always moist after the cycle,even using the drying option.

Dishwasher good however it is installed wrong and must be reinstalled by best buy when they installed it in the beginning!!Have valled corp. but no call back yet !!!

After almost a month of using the dishwasher, i'd say that I am satisfied. We don't really use dishwasher before but I really want to know if this will save us water since we're a family of 6. Im not sure yet about electricity but I'll find out on our next bill.
