Bought this new dishwasher and was immediately impressed as to how quiet it operates and how much cleaner my dishes are.

Great upgrade from my 18 year old dishwasher. So quiet. Clean very well. Dries well. Sleek look.

I bought this in July 2015. I worked for two weeks then the door latch broke. After waiting for 2 months, a factory authorized a repair person came out (I bought the Best Buy extended warranty which doesn't do anything until year 2) and he couldn't fix the door and has to refer directly to Bosch. Also, the local parts company has many, many door parts then usual so this sounds like a design defect. Also, I don't like the way dishes, etc. stack in the dishwasher vs. my old Kenwood but at this point I would settle for it to simply work. I would avoid this model until Bosch fixes this problem.

This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever (not) heard! Does a great job cleaning the dishes. Still learning how to organize our dishes in this one, but we are very happy with it.

Super quiet, great solid hard working machine. I would buy it again.

Way better then my overpriced whirlpool which lasted only 3 year after being repair 4 times. . Dries plastic as well as can be expected...quite and quick for a modern washer

We love having a dishwasher that actually works and gets the dishes clean. We use to clean our glass glasses by hand and they were hazy until we washed them in the Bosch dishwasher. They are now see through with no haze.

After having this a week it still wont clean and Best Buy seems unable and/or unwilling to find someone to send out to repair it after repeated calls for a week. VERY poor customer service - they had no issue taking my money but when there's a problem after the sale they are no where to be found. And it would be comical watching Pacific Home Sales blame Best Buy and Best But blame Pacific Home Sales if this wasnt my unit involved, but it is. Keep this in mind when shopping for any appliance at Best Buy.

We've had this dishwasher for several months now. We're very happy with it. It is quiet and gets things dryer than most DWs do. Be sure to use Jet Dry and the extra dry option.

We purchased this dishwasher on 28 May 2016, and after 5 days it broke - would not fill with water at all. We contacted Bosch warranty support, who set up an appointment with a repair shop... for 8 days later. The repair tech came to the house, spent about 15 minutes looking at it before declaring the issue was a bad water valve, then left without giving us any sort of an ETA for a fix. We waited another 10 days without hearing anything before finally calling the repair shop for a status. After three tries (the first two were literally "Oh, I'll have her call you." and "Oh, I don't know why she didn't call you."), we finally were able to get in contact with someone who knew what was going on with our dishwasher, and she told us the part was in and someone would be out to install it... in 7 days. Given this, we contacted Best Buy for assistance. Since (due to the Bosch-authorized repair shop's extremely slow turnaround time) we were outside the return window, the person we spoke with was very apologetic, but was unable/unwilling to help us at all. We then contacted Bosch's warranty support team, and were told "We don't have any control over the repair company, we just validate they are authorized to repair our dishwashers." So, we've had our "new" dishwasher for a month now, and have gotten 5 days of use out of it. The repair shop doesn't care, Bosch warranty support doesn't care, and Best Buy doesn't care. I strongly recommend you avoid this dishwasher specifically, and Bosch in general - if you get lucky and have no issues, they appear to be great (we bought one based on the strength of the positive reviews, so it's clear that people can get good ones), but if you run into any issues at all, be prepared for a long wait and absolutely no interest from Best Buy or Bosch in making things right.

have this 7 months, can't get used to the lower rack. utensil tray is one long tray positioned on the inside right, must open the door fully to even put a teaspoon in. doesn't accommodate deep dishes well. otherwise does a great cleaning job, especially good screen filter.

Most reviews were positive so I ignored "dishes are wet 2 days after washing," "food trap holds water and gets stinky," and "cycle takes forever" and I didn't check closely whether the tines were organized in a logical, useful way. In 2014, this was the best I could afford. Now, every day I use it, I feel bad because it reminds me that I was not financially successful enough to get a better one. I've considered giving it away on Craigslist now that I can afford to replace it. If you don't mind wet dishes, you still need to check how the tines are organized. Take a full place setting plus mug and drinking glass to the store and try to put them in there to see what I mean. The tines are too narrow in some places (normal pint glasses don't fit) and way too wide in others; are your mugs or glasses 6 inches wide? Mine aren't. My Kenmore dishwasher lasted 18 years. I'm going back for a Kenmore as soon as I have time to deal with this.

My husband and I bought this a few months back and two weeks after installing this dishwasher on our own (possible problem) it wouldn't stay latched therefore it would sometimes take a full 24 hours to run one load. We also use the recommended soap and rinsing agent and they still don't come clean. The pegs on the racks are way too close therefore you can't load as many dishes as you would think (something I have never paid attention to in my life). We had the first dishwasher replaced within two weeks and installed another one and roughly a month into having this dishwasher it is doing the same thing, no staying closed during cycle. We now prop a chair up against the dishwasher to ensure it runs all the way through without having to check. I would never recommend this dishwasher.

My Whirlpool died After 10 yrs so my husband wanted the Bosch. Thought it was the best. It's quiet n it's too small and a lot smaller tha n my last two. Had to remove racks, get smaller one . The bottom keeps getting stuck and won't go in. I have to fight it. No pots. Too small. A few glasses . Too small. I hate it. Going to get another one because disgusted with this awful apartment size joke of a washer

Love love love this dishwasher. Easy to set up, runs great and looks great. Really like how much fits into it and sanitize options. Also enjoy the led light at the bottom to know that its running b/c it is so quiet.

Loved this dishwasher when we first received it as it was so quiet compared to our old one, and we could live with the fact it seems a little smaller. Now a month later the dishwasher has broken down and is useless. For something at this price from an established brand I would expect more than a month of use.

This dishwasher has had to have service 4 times in the past two years. First within a few months, Bosch had to replace the control panel as the dishwasher was not working on the delay cycle. This dishwasher consistently shows the error code that something is blocking the discharge. A tech said that I should wash my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher (kind of defeats the reason to have dishwasher!) as the sensor is very sensitive to any food particles. When a tech comes out, they clean out the drain hoses (same as I do) and then leave saying nothing is wrong. I am currently waiting for the the tech to come out for the fourth time. The latest wait time has been nearly a month to get a tech to come out and look at it. Notice that I did not say repair it as they will not send out replacement parts. In my opinion, this unit is very over engineered. As an engineer I understand why there are all the sensors to ensure that the dishes are clean and sterile, however they need to adjust the sensitivity of the unit. I don't recommend spending the extra money on this brand of dishwasher. Over the past two years that I have had it, it has been out of service nearly 5 months while waiting for repairs.

We bought a Bosch dishwasher because we've been very pleased with our microwave & stove. Read reviews & saw the high rating so we thought it would be a great purchase. It is extremely quiet, 5 stars for that. However the interior is significantly smaller to adapt the insulation for low dba, the racks are poorly designed. Each plate fits so closely to the next it's difficult for them to get cleaned thoroughly and its next to impossible to find an area for bowls & pans. Condensation drying... Dishes come out wet. I've looked into replacing the racks, cost: $130 to $199 each.

Dishes begin to mold within a few days if there is not a full load and a cycle is not run. Dishwasher smells like spoiled milk almost all of the time - even when the dishwasher was just a few weeks old. Have tried many suggested remedies - non work. Rack spacing is bad. Not enough room between dishes causes them to not be completely cleaned during cycle. Does live up to being quiet but this is a much lower priority than its other problems.

I've had this for 5 1/2 years and I'm so disappointed in it. It's never done a good job cleaning dirty dishes, it's pretty much just a big expensive rinser. It doesn't even do a good job drying -- I have to open it right away after it's done cleaning and pull out the racks and let things air dry. It also smells bad inside if it's had dirty dishes in it for a couple of days. I thought I was getting a high-end high-performance dishwasher, but I'm about ready to replace it.
