We like the dishwasher. Seems very sturdy and works as expected. Cleans dishes much better than our previous dishwasher (GE Profile). The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it has a smaller capacity than the GE Profile, which was a bit of a surprise. But I do recommend this item.

Very quiet. Dishes come out very clean. Taking me some time to adjust to the racks and loading but that would be the case with any dishwasher. So far, so good. Like the location of the controls and the feature that indicates when it's time to add JetDry.

We debated over which dishwasher manufacturer to go with when we had to replace our old one after 13 years of trouble-free use. We finally decided on Bosch because of it's good reputation. Well, I should have read the reviews more closely because they told exactly what would happen with our new dishwasher ... the dishes never get anywhere close to dry. We've used the recommended Jet Dry additive to no avail. Our dishes come out soaking wet and the inside of the machine is, of course, wet as well. We have to leave the door open on the dishwasher to allow evaporation or it begins to stink from all the moisture trapped inside growing God knows what as far as mold or bacteria. The controls are not super-intuitive either, although I will say that it's a quiet dishwasher. If quiet means more to you than sopping wet dishes, then you might like this dishwasher. But, for everyone else, I would pass on this and get one that actually dries the dishes. Not recommended.

LOVE my new dishwasher. Dishes come out VERY clean and it is SO QUIET that I don't even realize it's running. Good thing the dishwasher shines a small red light on the floor when it's running, or I wouldn't know it was on. VERY happy with my purchase!!

We have run a few loads through the dishwasher and are pleased with the cleaning ability and the quietness. Loads take a little long to cycle through.

I love this dishwasher. It was easy to learn how to use. It has a beautiful appearance because you can't see any of the controls. It shines a little red light on the floor when it's running, but you can't hear it at all!

Replaced our 25 year old noise maker with this new Bosch. Good thing there is a red light shining on the floor to let me know that the dishwasher is running! If you stand beside it, you may be able to hear a trickle of water as it fills, other than that, it is silent. It cleaned dishes and silverware and left them spotless. It has taken less time than I thought to adjust to loading it differently than the old one, but I can get more dishes in one load and fit bigger platters, even though the machine is actually smaller.

I did a lot of research prior to choosing this dryer, online and verbal with whoever I could ask. I love everything about it except for the lack of stability on the lower pull out rack. It tends to come off track when pulled out, especially when empty. It is so quiet I wouldn't know if it was running if not for the red light that shines on the floor. The dishes and glassware come out looking great. I highly recommend this, I was also very pleased with the excellent customer service I received.

I like this dishwasher. It gets my dishes clean and is very quiet. My only complaint is with the bottom rack. It comes off the track really easily so unless you slowly and carefully pull out the bottom rack it will come off the tracks which can be a pain if the lower rack is full.

very pleased with quality. very quite. still unsure of how to turn off cycle "finished beep". works great. Love the upper silverware platforms.

I did install this myself, so it may be a bad installation. The door does not stay latched when washing, so I have to prop it closed or it will not complete a wash cycle. The controls on the top of the door are pretty useless and difficult to access with a standard dishwasher installation ( where the dishwasher is typically recessed and sits under the countertop) YOu cannot tell when the dishes are done except for the red light that shines on the floor. The "wash complete' light is covered by the countertop. But it is quiet !

I did a lot of research before I purchased this dishwasher. I can get everything in with 1 load including pots. The option of having adjustable racks are the best. If there wasn't a red light shining on the floor, you wouldn't know the dishwasher was on. That's how quiet it is.

Was hoping to love this machine, based on the Bosch name, but don't. The main thing I hate are the racks. The bottom one has way to many holder tines going at wrong and different angles and the one side they are too close together that I can't get anything between them. Glasses won't even stand up down there and I find it's such wasted space. The top rack isn't much better...my glasses and cups don't stand right. Even the silver ware is poorly designed with so much wasted space because of the chunky plastic . I even tried to take the bottom rack out of my old Kenmore and use in the Bosch, but it's (the Kenmore) is wider so it wouldn't work. The machine washes fine, but I HATE the interior racks and wish I had bought the Kitchenaide.

I luv my dishwasher, best I’ve ever owned in my life. So quiet I only know it is running by the red light it reflects on the floor. Cleans my dishes without prewashing. What a jewel!

This is the second Bosch dishwasher we have owned. This one is just as quiet and dependable as our first one. In addition, this one has an adjustable top shelf that makes it easier to accommodate a greater variety of pots, pans, glassware, etc. We really like the hidden controls on the top of the door and the improvements Bosch made to the buttons and the appearance of this area overall. You can't beat the beautiful stainless steel door and attractive handle either.

This Bosch dishwasher has lived up to the hype for sure! There is no heating element in the bottom of the tub but my dishes come out dry, even the plastic stuff is dryer than with my previous model. I really like having real push buttons and not just the membranes and the fact that they are out of the way so no one can accidentally change a setting. We spent two weeks researching dishwashers and even made sure our dishes would really fit. They do and I am happy!

Excellent dishwasher. I did alot of research on line, consumer reports and word of mouth. So quiet and does an excellent job cleaning the dishes.

I bought this dishwasher partially on the recommendation of the sales person at best buy, it is a very quiet unit, the only thing I did not notice until the firat time I started to load it is that the tines that hold the glasses are very short, so if you have a tall glass it is hard to keep it standing, also the same problem with the dishe's. It is not as big inside as my old one even though it looks tall.

I am very happy with my recent purchase. The dishwasher does a great job cleaning my dishes and is very quiet. The service I received was excellent, I highly recommend the extra warranty plan. The only negative about this dishwasher is the bottom rack doesn't always roll out and in easily, it gets off track.

Never thought I'd spend this much ($650) on a dishwasher, but I'm glad I did. We're remodeling our kitchen and decided on higher quality appliances after having a number of cheaper appliances die out on us prematurely. Very happy with this Bosch. It's quiet, has a ton of great features, and gets our dishes absolutely spotless. I especially like the control panel on the top of the door rather than on the side like most dishwashers. It hides the panel from view an is much easier to see than the traditional spot. I put Bosch spark plugs in my BMW's for the same reason. They're a very high quality company with a reputation for being the best at everything they produce.
