So disapointing

The installers were not able to put our custom panel on - which we knew ahead of time. What we did not know is that there is NOTHING to attach the panel to and there are NO instructions. The first time we ran the dishwasher we were gone for a few days and opened it up to completely wet dishes. Last night I ran it for a second time and many of the dishes are still dirty. This is a complete disappointment and waste of time. Will never go back to Best Buy for an applience.

Great Little Dishwasher

The first was a drawer unit but we were living in a much smaller place then. It's not as hidden as our previous one but that is mostly due to where we sourced our kitchen cabinets from. Still, it looks pretty good, all things considered. The unit is quite except when letting you know its done and then the chime can be heard from anywhere in the house. It works exceptionally well and getting everything clean. We only use Cascade Free & Clear now and we only fill it to the first line of soap dispenser. Everything gets clean and we don't get a soapy taste imparted into our silicone kitchen tools like we used to with other soaps. The only issue I have ever had with Bosch is having to wait for the appliance to come from Germany which you might run into

Here are a few loading tips that we find helpful: 1) To accommodate taller items in the lower and middle racks, adjust the rack height using the RackMatic® system (please see page 21 of your Use & Care manual). 2) Use the third rack for silverware, large utensils or other hard-to-place items. 3) Face dishes inward. 4) Use angled tines to help with loading. 5) Fold down flip tines to fit bulkier items like large pots.
