Love it.. Dishes are super clean and its super quiet. If I could change anything it would be making it possible to move the racks around so I can wash larger cups or bigger items on the bottom.

It doesn't dry very well but it is quiet like the adjustable 3rd rack

All stainless steel, excellent internal layout for loading dishes, a 3rd rack just for silverware, and extremely quite.

Only cycled it once since install. It is very quiet and did a great job of cleaning dishes. What we expected with this pricey brand. Hope it last as long as my old unit which was some 20 years old and still working.

Here is the one review you need: When buying a top-line Bosch dish washer, Geek Squad broke my kitchen countertop. They said they'd file and insurance claim when the damage occured. They didn't. When I called back two weeks later, there were notes on the account about the damage, but nobody followed through on contact insurance. After asking why the matter wasn't addressed when the damage occurred, Geek Squad management hid behind their frontline service reps, and wouldn't engage with me, or return my request for a phone call. Please feel free to reply to this review, and I'll gladly provide documentation supporting the above, including photos of the damage done. Geek Squad is trash.

This unit is exactly as advertised. Great cleaning! Really quiet. Beautiful and has no outward branding for a clean look. Completely pleased! If you are considering go ahead and buy it!

4.8 stars....We are pleased with our Bosch Dishwasher. It is very quite, perfect for our open floor plan. We like the option of laying down the dish prongs on the lower rack for larger bowls and pans. Cleans dishes well without leaving dry water spots. Would recommend this product.

Great dishwasher unit. Very quiet and runs great. My only issue is the handle bar end caps have cracked and broken off in less than 8 months. I reached out to Bosch and they sent a service technician to fix.

Enjoying this dishwasher with many top end features such as the door automatically opening at the end of the cycle to allow the dishes to completely dry. Also very quiet.

this was my second purchase of a Bosch dishwasher. I loved the one I replaced and would not even consider another brand. The loading is easy, selecting varied washing and drying time is a plus. It took several times of use to really understand the programming and to get it right....your instructions book needs to be more clear...you have to remember that it is the public that will load and program....not one of the professional people that wrote the booklet. Everything as advertised was there for me to enjoy...no disappointments.

This was purchased to replace a nearly decade old Bosch Dishwasher that decided to fail one day. It was being used 3-4X day so it had a very hard life. We were so pleased with our prior unit that we purchased another. This one features the all-important flood sensor that we really like. The utencil tray at the top of the unit is novel and we're getting used to it. I did the install myself and the instructions are very clear and concise. One tip: you do need to get 3/4" right angle adapter for the intake hose. I believe the Best-Buy website has the installation manual posted and you can read about this one item that is NOT supplied with unit when you purchase it. It is cheap (~$5) but you should be aware so that you don't have to make a second trip to the store.

We purchased This dishwasher six months ago when our Whirlpool began not heating. Our previous dishwasher was about 12 years old and we loved it, but figured it was time for a new one. Bosch seemed to deliver a great product and we were excited to try it. Six months later and I wish I could go back to a whirlpool. As far as the sound or noise it is no quieter than our previous whirlpool which was a quiet design. The racks are fine no issues there but my main issue is the Bosch dishwashers are designed to keep water in the bottom and the dishwasher stinks all the time. It’s musty, wet, and just plain gross. There’s a very fine mesh filter that is in the drain you have to clean about every week. When I remove it, there’s slime and stench. We fall in the camp of people who wins all the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. That doesn’t mean they’re perfect, but they are pre-rinsed. Because the dishwasher is always wet, I don’t like to keep the door closed as it just seems to make it worse. But then When I open it, it’s even worse smelling. So I am left with either smelling it all the time and it’s not as bad, or only when I open it and the aroma fills the room. Either way it’s stinks.. At any rate extremely frustrated that we are stuck with this disgusting dishwasher for probably another 10 years and paid a pretty penny for it. Function is fine again it’s just the wetness and the smell.

Very quiet, top third rack doesn't allow bowls to fit on the second rack down. Layout of dishwasher not as good as our Kenmore.
