Cleans great and is super quiet. Love the 3rd rack!

We're very happy with the Bosch dishwasher. Everything comes out completely clean. We love the silverware rack! Using the sanitize and auto-air settings completely dries everything without the need of a heating element. And that means we can load plastic without worrying.

Customer service and delivery from Best Buy was top notch. But this thing was broken, right out of the box. The "auto-air" feature, which is a distinguishing feature for this model, doesn't work. Scheduled a service appointment (for a 1 day old appliance) with Bosch. They didn't meet their commitments - didn't contact me as they are supposed to, didn't show up as scheduled. On top of everything, it doesn't even really clean as well as the 6 year old GE builder's model dishwasher we replaced. Only good thing I can say is that it is quiet.

Compared to the low-end model of Whirlpool which I had before this one is much better as far as noise reduction. Auto air keeps the utensils and the internal wall of the washer dry and any other option will have water droplets on the utensils and the internal wall of the washer. For this price, I would envision a better drying option for any dishwasher settings like the heated drying. 800 model series has this option. For a couple of 100 dollars, would prefer that one.

Super quiet. Could have done the adjustable feet better, but once it's in that's a non-issue.

The dishwasher operates as advertised. If you are installing this yourself it requires the special electrical box ( not included) or it plugs into a normal outlet, it should not / cannot be hardwired. Wife loves it, dishes are clean when cycles complete.

The dishwasher is great. We decided to spend a little more because of reviews on this item. The only thing that I am not understanding is the open air feature which makes the cycle even longer, not sure why but this dishwasher is so quiet, it’s awesome.

I was able to install this on my own. If you have an older dishwasher, the power box may be different and require some creative placement. I’ve never seen dishes cleaned so well.

Super quiet, fast, cleans well, and never an issue.

Very quiet. The rack arrangement is good, but having a little trouble fitting my Fiestaware bowls. Other than that, love this appliance a lot.

My husband and I walked in Best Buy and were looking at the clearance section and the one we saw had a few small dents. The girl at Best Buy showed us some others. My husband installed it, which was no easy task. We have been very happy with it and love the third rack. We had never bought Bosch before.

This is a good dishwasher. I had to figure out how to adjust the racks so plates and silverware fit better. I would have like to have the first one ordered (an 800 series - it was damaged in shipping and then not available anymore) but this one seems to do the job.

Other than getting used to the configuration of the racks, I love this machine. Even old cloudy glass wear that I assumed were permanently etched come out clear.

Outstanding dishwasher, cleans plates, glasses and silverware perfectly and dries completely. Well worth the cost, quality dishwasher

Very quite but takes too long to wash, which was one of my requests when picking one out. Also, unless you add finish aid the dishes are all wet after the dishwasher cycles through.

Great dishwasher. The dishes are always clean. It is spacious and well laid out. Very quiet. No complaints.

There is water left after it is completed the wash cycle. I open the door to let the dishes air dry. The salesperson did tell me in advance that this occurs and many people complain about that. I don't have an issue with that really.

Best dishwasher we've had. Speed cleaning in one hour works for most loads. Top rack is great addition.

Excellent dishwasher. Virtually soundless. Matches the rest of the kitchen appliances perfectly.
