The cutlery tray at the top is very useful for awkwardly sized and shaped utensils.

The auto door open feature at the end of the cyce is very helpful in reducing any remaining moisture. Best Buy's installer was very professional and did a top notch job.

It's great for small items that never fit anywhere else. I also never tbot I would use a phone app to run my dishwasher. But look at me now!

It hasn't been cleaning the silverware but that may be due to a guest in our house leaving too much peanut butter on the knives when placing it in. I've had 2 KitchenAides in 10 years and both of them broke. So I spent much more money hoping to get longer than 5 years out of dishwasher. It doesn't seem to get hot enough on sanitize.

Great machine: Poor instructions

Since the door pops open it seems to do a better job drying. At least my glasses don’t fog up when I open the door all the way

We are struggling to make delayed start work through the app as we expect. Would prefer delayed start controls on the door like our previous dishwasher.
