Okay when it works

The dishes that aren't pre washed don't come out clean though. Peanut butter doesn't come off. After almost 2 weeks it randomly started shutting off in the middle of the wash cycle.

Excellent dishwasher

A plumber came by, looked at it and said it was a control board issue. Bestbuy wiped their hands and said not their problem. Bosch said it’s past its one year warranty so better luck next time. $1,200 for a machine that barely lasted a year. Not of merchantable quality. Buyer beware.

Bosch 500 - an excellent choice

We only buy Bosch dishwashers. Last one lasted 15 years and was still working great, just wanted newer model. Highly recommend.

Posted .Hi MargaretP, thanks for your review. Please accept our apologies for any problems you are experiencing with your dishwasher. The following tips may help you achieve better cleaning results.
1. Make sure the dishwasher filter (located at the bottom) is cleaned regularly. To learn how to remove it, refer to your owner's manual. To remove debris, wash it with soap and a soft brush under running water.
2. Make sure there is enough space between items when loading. Ensure that the spray arms can move freely after loading the dishwasher.
3. Add rinse aid. Review your owner's manual to learn how and where to add rinse aid. Rinse aid helps water droplets slide off dishware so water marks can't be seen.
4. Clean your dishwasher's spray arms. Make sure there are no blockages in the holes by running it under water. To remove debris from the holes, use a toothpick.
5. Run a dishwasher cleaner through the dishwasher (Finish dishwasher cleaner, or Glisten Dishwasher Magic can be used).
6. Make sure you are using the appropriate amount of detergent per the instructions.
