replaced old Bosch 500, with a new Bosch 500 series, Wife loves the blue tooth control of the new dishwasher. This newer model runs a little quieter, and the racks have better adjustment up, and down. Plus the door opens when done, but on the phone app you change that to closed.

We had originally chosen a similar model in the 300 series, but they have us this as an upgrade after we had two machines that didn't work. This one works great with no issues. Impressively quiet, everything is clean, and lots of flexibility to adjust the racks to fit everything.

Really does the job of cleaning as described. Very quite operation , flexibility in cleaning programs.

I love this dishwasher! It truly is so quiet you would not even know it was running if not for the light on the bottom corner. The dishes come out sparkling clean and no spots!

Dishes come out so clean, the dishwasher is so quiet! I had such a bad experience with a different manufacturer, so I am glad to have found the right brand! Best Buy sales and service were stellar and helped us with all of our questions. The install guy was super polite and nice. We would do this all over again.

The best dishwasher at the price point. It is quiet, cleans great, and looks high-end. Bosch dishwashers are the best.

This dishwasher is amazing - often times I can't tell it is running! It gets dishes clean and my favorite part - it props open the door when it is done to ensure dry dishes!!

Overall, the cleaning performance of the dishwasher is excellent. We had our previous Bosch dishwasher over 12 years and were very happy with it and bought this one. The only complaint/disappointment is the adjustable silverware shelf: it doesn't drop down enough to hold cups or bowls.

I love mh new dishwasher! It is a little different than I'm used to as far as loading configuration, but the third shelf at the top is great!! Very quiet and does an excellent job cleaning the dishes. I also love the air dry option that opens the door partwsy through the dry cycle - even plastics dry well!!

Easy to install. Runs quiet. Cleans the dishes well but drying the dishes is average.

I was a little skeptical about this rather expensive Bosch dishwasher, but it has proven to be an outstanding purchase. It has more features than most, cleans amazingly, and has a special place for utensils. You don't need to prewash dishes -- they get clear every time. Great dishwasher! Highly recommended!

I don’t appreciate that you have to have an app to use all the functions of the dishwasher. I would not have purchased had I realized that. Also, I don’t like needing rinse aid to achieve a dry dishwasher.

This dishwasher is working well. While it doesn't have the bells and whistles of the higher priced models, it is quiet, convenient for stacking, and does a great job cleaning and drying. Very well designed.

Love our Bosch. Sorry we did not get it to begin with. This is our 3rd Bosch Dishwasher, and the others are still working like when they were new (home, work, son's apt). We just finished washing our dishes left out overnight from Thanksgiving and they all came out perfectly clean. Loading is unconventional but it somehow works. The silverware tray on top makes perfect sense for a design and works fantastic. I'm not using any of the smart controls, I don't care about wifi etc. We originally bought a different brand that matched our other appliances after major repairs needed every year for 3 years we decided to call it quits and tossed it out to the curb. I wish we stuck to our guns and stayed with Bosch all along, but we are back now and loving it.

The machine is good, exceptionally quiet with lots of adjustability in the tines that allows for non traditional size items. Cleans well and I expect this machine to stand the test of time. The one thing keeping the score from being higher is the lame small silverware basket. I like the door that automatically pops open to allow steam out. Has a 60 min cycle which i really like

This dishwasher cleans fairly well. The main issue we have is with the touch controls. When we select the cycles and touch controls are not very sensitive and we have to try several times to get the cycle setting to be finalized. You think you have it right but when you close the door nothing happens. I have even had to pull the plug to reboot the computer chip to get it to turn on. Would not buy again.

In the two months it has been excellent in cleaning our dishes as well as how quiet it is.
