So far very pleased, much higher quality racks than the LG it replaces. Very quiet, hoses and electric connection were in odd places, but thats the Germans. Very pleased

So far, I have loved my new 500 Bosch dishwasher. It works perfectly. I tend to run it at night, on the air setting . When I get up , the door is popped open and all the dishes are dry!

This dishwasher is remarkably quiet and cleans dishes so much better than our KitchenAid. The racks take a bit to get used to but I love the 3rd rack.

Is dishwasher has looked up to the Bosch name and reputation. It is completely exceeded my expectation both an appearance and most of all performance.

Works fine, looks good. Love the handle. I did not know it did not have a "Delay" feature. Who would guess that a $1000+ dishawasher does not have this basic feature. Maybe it has a delay if you use the WIFi App, but I personally do not need or want to control my dishwasher with an app. Maybe I would use an app like that to flush my toliet if I forgot....I digress. Overall, very quiet and sleek looking. Installation was easy and straighforward, except for a angled hose connector that should have been included.

Great dishwasher very quiet lots of nice features. This replaced an LG that was only a couple years old. That was nothing but problems spend the extra money for the Bosch. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased this Bosch - 500 Series 24" Top Control Smart Built-In Stainless Steel Tub Dishwasher with Flexible 3rd Rack, 44dBA - Stainless Steel dishwasher based on overall better business reviews and on the fact that you always hear Bosch is the “best of the best”. I want to say I’m pretty disappointed, I can’t figure out how to work the dishwasher without using the app, so in order to run the dishwasher I always have to have the app accessible, I am a pretty techy person so it blows my mind that I can’t figure out how to use it without the app. I have also tried every single setting option, and the dishes always come out wet/damp even with using the rinse aide. Another thing I have noticed, when using all the options in setting the dishes always have a strong strong smell of the dishwasher tab chemical smell. It becomes less when I use the sanitize option but it is still very noticeable. Also, I see other reviews say that the dishwasher is very quiet, in my case it is not. It is louder than my old whirlpool. I will say, I like the fact that it has 3 racks, but that is about it. I will probably not ever spend this much money on a dishwasher ever again , not worth it, I hope it at least lasts longer than 5 years for this price point

This machine is so quiet that you have to put your ear next to it to hear it running. Wife loves the 3rd rack. Set it up for pop open door after a wash to dry and it’s been great saving power.

We loved our last Bosch dishwasher. Quiet. Dependable. German-engineered glory. So when it came time to replace it, we stayed loyal and went with the 500 Series 24”. Big mistake. Huge. This isn’t a dishwasher. It’s a tech support simulator with rinse aid. Let’s talk about the Delayed Start feature, aka the most infuriating joke Bosch has ever played on its customers. Want to simply press a button and have your dishwasher start later, like a normal appliance built after 1982? Ha! Too bad. You now must open your phone, launch the Bosch app (which runs like it's powered by a potato), and schedule the wash from there. Except—it doesn’t start. Ever. I’ve woken up to more dirty dishes than a frat house after finals week. I’ve spent hours on the phone with their tech support, which is essentially a guided tour of your own rising blood pressure. Reset the app. Re-pair the Wi-Fi. Reinstall the firmware. Sacrifice a goat under a full moon. Still nothing. The app is pure tech-for-tech’s-sake. No user benefit. No added value. Just a clunky interface and endless frustration. It’s like Bosch hired a team of software engineers whose only qualification was never having owned a dishwasher. And don’t even get me started on the build quality. It feels cheaper than the plastic Tupperware I threw in there to be washed. Racks are flimsy. Controls are buried. And yet, they market it like it’s a spaceship. Final verdict: Bosch has officially lost the plot. This isn’t innovation—this is regression wrapped in Wi-Fi. Skip this one unless you enjoy cold, crusty dishes and nightly tech support meditations.

So far so good, I bought this machine to replace a cheap Frigidaire model at my mom's house. I chose Bosch for the reliability and quality of their products, I have an older 300 model at my house that is around 13 years old and still works perfect. Highly recommend it!!!

The dishwasher is excellent. Your installer team could not have been more professional nor as polite, friendly and really care about the installation.
