I love this refg, but during the delivery, the driver discovered the refg handle has been damage the night before. Both drivers were providing excellent service.

It was a hard choice between choosing another Kitcheaid French door refrigerator which I had in the past or going with a Bosch. I was dissatisfied with the Sears Elite refrigerator I most recently owned as it only lasted a little over 3 years. The compressor went out and to my dismay I was told that my Sears model was made by LG. I decided on the Bosch after reading a number of reviews. I also vowed not to buy another refrigerator with the water and ice dispenser in the door because they are notorious for malfunctioning after a few years. Unfortunately, when my new Bosch refrigerator arrived it was leaking water from the water line within hours. I will say that Best Buy was fabulous in replacing it with another one within a couple of days and making sure that I was happy with my purchase. I am real happy with the performance of the new one but did notice a couple of very small dents of about 2 mm in both bottom doors. It was not enough to send it back though. The other thing that I noticed is it takes several cycles of ice making to rid the discolored cubes, All said, I am very happy with this refrigerator and it looks great in my kitchen with my other Bosch appliances.

fit like a glove - my first counter depth. I only wish it had a ice maker delete option - don't need it and it takes up valuable real estate. Holds the temp and got cold fast when turned on. Pretty well laid out to use the space. Beware kitchen magnets-scratches easily if you slide them around

If you are looking for higher end counter depth kitchen refrigerator at a relatively affordable price. The Bosch is top of the list. Very efficient and the ingenuity in design makes this a wonderful compliment to you kitchen look and finish!

This counter depth finger print resistant stainless steel fits so nicely and doesn't stick way out from the cupboards. There is so much room on top and in the freezer. I like the controls on top inside the fridge door. It is a very quiet running and top quality made inside and out. Like everything about this Bosch refrigerator, size, quality and well worth the price.

I purchased this floor model after looking at several larger models(25 cuft) without an external icemaker, and although this one is countertop depth, it is arranged so well that it seems as if it holds nearly as much as my old GE Profile did. It felt more solid and not like it was going to have problems with seals and shelves breaking within a year, and I like that I can not only adjust the height of interior shelves, but the door shelves as well. Many other brands don't offer that. I also like the larger ice tray and that it has a scoop.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. The first one that was delivered had an icemaker that would not work and there were several issues with it. The layout of this refrigerator is excellent. You can get a great deal in it and you can see it all. I believe they’ve changed the configuration of this quite a bit since I purchased it. This was a great purchase. Love Bosch!

We went from a 25 Cu. Ft. full size fridge to this counter-depth 20.7 Cu Ft. one and were worried about the smaller capacity but this Bosch 800 Series has plenty of room from prepping a meal for dinner guests throughout the day, to large pizza boxes for those days when you don't want to cook. The big space savers in this fridge are the ample drawer options, and the deep in-door shelves. The main shelves in the fridge aren't particularly deep but having all the room in the door makes up for it. The adjustable shelves took some re-configuring as we got used to the appliance but we've landed on a setup that works great for our household. The fridge is quiet (at least quieter than our previous Frigidaire full size side-by-side) and the two-level freezer drawer offers plenty of ice and storage for us. The only noise that really comes from it is when the ice maker is operating. The shelves in the fridge are easy to clean and come out easily.

Beautiful and sleek! So happy to find no thru the door gizmos, no drinking water inside, and no crushed ice. Just a simple, beautiful in the freezer ice machine. This fridge is so elegant and understated. We love it. Had a little trouble getting it adjusted so whole fridge didn’t pull out when opening freezer but installation team came out twice to get it just right. Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to direct us to just the right appliance. So happy he pointed out small things to help us since we had not purchased a refrigerator in 19 years. Plenty of room for two people. Don’t forget the black color is made into the steel so it won’t show silver scratches like all the other brands which just have a coating. It is really gorgeous!

So glad we went for this fridge. Zero issues and almost 2 years later the ice maker STILL works. Also looks great. Highly recommend.

Perfect size for the two of us. Makes a ton of ice and fits perfectly flush with the counter.

Love this fridge. Has alarm to let you know the doors aren’t fully shut. If you’re a big family with lots of food to store, this is not for you. It’s perfect for our family of 2 adults plus 2 kids who are away at college for much of the year.

The fridge looks very nice and we bought Bosch because they are known for quiet appliances but this is very loud when it is running..and it seems to be running all the time.I called the Bosch company and all they said was that's normal. Not to pleased with this purchase.

I never would have thought that Bosch makes refrigerators. But alas I was wrong. When I went to the store to find a high end refrigerator to replace my 48" 30 year old Sub Zero and did not want to spend 10K for a new one, I had to do some research. This Bosch was not deep and only stood out slightly from my cabinets. It is very sleek looking, has great shelving and humidity controls. The darn thing looks sexy inside and out. I've have it for about 5 months now. I LOVE it. I would definitely recommend looking into a Bosch Fridge.

This refrigerator filled our need beautifully. Counter depth is perfect, good looking, bright inside, fully functional. Love there is no logo or name stamp on exterior

This is a relatively good buy/value at this price point, at low-mid end of premium appliances.

one thing to change would be wire baskets in freezer sections not plastic

This is the second time I've purchased this refrigerator. Bought one at the last house and had to leave it when I moved. Sleek and efficient.

We are pleased with our decision. I researched all available refrigerators on the market, and chose this Bosch unit.
