The customer service was Amazing however when I brought the dishwasher home it was the wrong model we wanted, but it was the more expensive one by $ 50 and we can live without the handle

This is our second one. The previous model lasted almost 8 years. We could’ve had it fixed, but chose to go with the newer options on this one. This one does a phenomenal job at cleaning and drying. If your tech geek, you can also control it and monitor it by your phone..

Great dishwasher! Horrible power cord. The previous one that had a "box" link, that is the official cord for Bosch dishwashers, was completely fried inside the box where it could not be seen. Could have burned the house down.

The best dishwasher I have ever owned. Has a great screen filter that is easy to clean. HINT- Rinse and wash the filter weekly, rinse your dishes, and use a good, approved dishwasher detergent and you will not be disappointed. Love the silverware tray on the 3rd level

The dishwasher was very easy to install and it is so quiet that the only time that you know its working is with the light or when the water is running. No vibration

Panel button on top very touch sensitive. Not able to link with Alexa as following instructions. The programing was too complicated the more you select to what needs to be wash comes out to more hours to wash. There should be a rinse button. There is a custom program yet will be more time oh how to. The after wash cleaning the scent of the dishwasher tablet is strong. Need to be rewashed again without the dishwasher tablet.

Great dishwasher. Took a little time to figure out loading for my use. Control panel is a little finicky but easy to use when doing same settings. The one negative is no finish light. Confusing for visitors . Just have to remember to tell everyone.

We waited two months for our backordered dishwasher to arrive.
We could not be happier with how utterly quiet it is and how every single item we put in it comes out spotless and dry. Not a single drop of water to wipe off anything! Did I say how much we love our new dishwasher?

This is our second Bosch dishwasher. Nothing really compares to a Bosch. My only disklike is that they moved the console from the front to the top, which means it is hidden under your counter and not readable while running. The only status you can see without opening the door is a small dot of light that lets you know it's still running, Yes, this model has an app that pairs with the dishwasher so you can see the status and you can receive a notification when it's done, but I'd rather just be able to see how many minutes are left by looking at the front of the dishwasher.

I bought this dishwasher in October 2023, and while it cleaned and dried my dishes excellently at first, it stopped working less than a year later in September 2024. The real nightmare began when I had to rely on Bosch’s manufacturer warranty instead of the additional Best Buy warranty I purchased.
Bosch’s customer service has been terrible. After calling and being bounced between five different customer numbers and three repair shops, I finally discovered that Indiana has just one service provider for Bosch appliances. The technician with this company has a four-week lead time just to schedule an appointment. For me, it was:
-Two weeks to find a service provider.
-Five weeks to get someone to inspect the dishwasher.
-Four weeks for the only repair shop to get the required part.
-Another four weeks to schedule the actual repair for the earliest possible date (now set for Christmas Eve, December 24th).
This is Bosch's response to my unhappy email: "While we strive to keep spare parts in stock for our products, there are certain factors that can sometimes hinder our ability to do so. We understand that being without a functioning dishwasher for an extended period of time is frustrating. Advise for you to contact your service provider to determine the available appointment to continue the repair."
In total, I’ll be without a working dishwasher for almost four months. That’s unacceptable! While the dishwasher may work well when it’s operational, what good is that if Bosch can't provide reasonable support for repairs?
My advice: Bosch shouldn’t sell its products in areas where they clearly lack adequate support infrastructure. If you live in Indiana or anywhere else with limited service options, either take your chances that your machine won't have any issues or go with a different brand.
