I installed it and never got one cycle out of it. Alarmed immediately at install. Had a broken mother board and cost 300$ and a broken flow sensor. The tubing wasn’t connected inside the unit. Best Buy is my standing behind there open box they are aweful. Least they could do is send me credit for the amount of trouble I’m going through with a unit

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.we are very disappointed in this unit. the WiFi download does not work. stacking dishes in a real issue, small cereal bowls are out of the question. does not dry well. can't get in touch with Bosch to get information. would not buy another Bosch product. what ever crystal dry is, is a mystery. after cycle is finished the inside of the tub is still wet?
