I replaced a very poor working dishwasher with this Bosch dispenser and I couldn’t be more happy. Installation was a breeze with Best Buy! This Bosch unit cleans and dries my dishes like a dream. I’ve had zero issues since purchasing this dishwasher. Lots of options, ease of use, and so quiet! I have to touch the door to tell if it’s on or not! Highly recommend this Bosch dishwasher.

Our new ld dishwasher didn't get the dishes clean or dry anymore. We serviced it and cleaned everything out. Then we bought this dishwasher and everything comes out crystal clean and dry what a change!

I've had the Bosch 800 for about 4 months and it has been phenomenal. It cleans extremely well and is quiet. The drying technology works. I should have splurged on this DW 10 years ago.

Cleans as advertised. Tested with some dried on food and this dishwasher did the job. Glad I spent the extra now let’s see if these are as reliable as everyone says

Dishwasher works just great. Quiet, easy to install, comes with plug if you have a 120V outlet to plug into. Drain line is short but probably Ok for most. Cleans well, holds a lot of dishes even though it is the exact same size as the Bosch we replaced, just better rack set up. So why 3 stars? The interface is perhaps the worst. Not intuitive, the manual sucks, the APP sucks. Bottom line is BOSCH needs to hire entirely new staff of programmers. I use normal, I cannot delay the start, the on off button is a nuisance, open the door to add a missed dish and you have to be sure to rehit the start button or it won't start when you shut the door. APP never able to connect but that's OK, I don't need another freaking app on my phone.

So quiet and pretty to look at....Silly, but I love it!

Love the Bosch 800 Series Dishwasher. This is the quietest more effective cleaning dishwasher that I had ever owned. It's beyond amazing and worth a premium over the other brands.

This dishwasher does a very good job of cleaning and drying our dishes. We were also surprised by how very quietly the dishwasher works.

Second 800 series we have bought and used In 15 years. Quieter than first. Even cleans and dries faster.

Unit has been installed for about three months, and has performed well. Feels quality built, extremely quiet; initially felt the app control would be useless, but find it handy. Installation was simple and straightforward.

This dishwasher does everything it claims. Can't tell it's on because it is so quiet. The App is great for starting and monitoring!

Cleans every thing that you put in there, Very Very quiet you really have to listen to hear it running, It's a great unit.

So quiet you’ll question if it’s even on, keep finding ways to fit more dishes every time. Best dishwasher ever! Makes chores not chores, highly recommended.

Happy with the product. The dishwasher is quite enough and clean good.

Price was higher than I had planned to pay. After about two weeks, it's working very well. Had issues with using Google assistant to start the dishwasher at a specific time (would find the dishwasher hadn't started the night before). Found the solution was to tell the assistant to turn on the dishwasher at 9pm and then tell assistant to start the dishwasher at 9:01pm. Dishes come out VERY clean. Nice and quiet as well.

Love my Bosch. Never recommend anythig else. It is awesome.

Best Buy offered "free installation." Don't believe it. I was extremely dissatisfied with the installation provided by their installation company. Their delivery person walked in and said “oh i’m sorry but we can’t use that electrical connection. We need to install a new one for $175. Oh I’m sorry but we can’t use that water connection. We have to install a new one for $175 dollars.” There was absolutely nothing wrong with either one. The dishwasher we had was only 5 years old. The previous installer found nothing wrong with the water connection, and the electrical connection was replaced at that time. The electrical connection was especially egregious, since it was exactly the one indicated on your web site for Bosch dishwashers (https://www.bestbuy.com/product/bosch-powercord-with-junction-box-for-benchmark-and-thermador-dishwashers-for-hard-wired-installations-white/J3P322SY2J/sku/6360259) I was watching, and the time the tech took to replace the water valve and electrical connection was less than 15 minutes at a cost of $350. That works out to $1400/hr. You tell me if you think that’s a fair labor rate. I sure don't. Buyer beware, I'll never buy another appliance from Best Buy.
