Price was higher than I had planned to pay. After about two weeks, it's working very well. Had issues with using Google assistant to start the dishwasher at a specific time (would find the dishwasher hadn't started the night before). Found the solution was to tell the assistant to turn on the dishwasher at 9pm and then tell assistant to start the dishwasher at 9:01pm. Dishes come out VERY clean. Nice and quiet as well.

Spend a little more for peace of mind in your Kitchen! Amazing dishwasher, easy to load and quiet when it works! 3 rack to put it all! The best!!!

I love our new dishwasher. It is so quiet I forgot that I turned it on. The dishes come out very clean and dry. I like the top pullout tray for silverware and that you can put plastic items on the top, middle and bottom rack. The stainless steel exterior door is sleek and does not get finger prints. I the that the controls are hidden when the door is closed. I have found nothing to say negatively about this dishwasher and would purchase this brand again.

Best Buy offered "free installation." Don't believe it. I was extremely dissatisfied with the installation provided by their installation company. Their delivery person walked in and said “oh i’m sorry but we can’t use that electrical connection. We need to install a new one for $175. Oh I’m sorry but we can’t use that water connection. We have to install a new one for $175 dollars.” There was absolutely nothing wrong with either one. The dishwasher we had was only 5 years old. The previous installer found nothing wrong with the water connection, and the electrical connection was replaced at that time. The electrical connection was especially egregious, since it was exactly the one indicated on your web site for Bosch dishwashers (https://www.bestbuy.com/product/bosch-powercord-with-junction-box-for-benchmark-and-thermador-dishwashers-for-hard-wired-installations-white/J3P322SY2J/sku/6360259) I was watching, and the time the tech took to replace the water valve and electrical connection was less than 15 minutes at a cost of $350. That works out to $1400/hr. You tell me if you think that’s a fair labor rate. I sure don't. Buyer beware, I'll never buy another appliance from Best Buy.

Extremely quiet. Does a great job. Chrystal dry glassware. I always use the auto setting with crystal dry and sanitation. It takes 2.75 hours but is totally worth it.

I thought long and hard before spending this kind of money on a dishwasher. I haven't had a good one yet. Fairly good ones, but not a good one. This one hit the mark. I am going to put it through a few more tests, but so far it has surpassed my expectations and it is quiet as a church mouse.

Finally a dishwasher that not only cleans, but actually dries! Consumer Reports was spot on!

Peter at Pacific Sales did an excellent job. He explained the differences between the Bosch models. Explained the prices and installation options. The dishwasher is great, dishes come out 95% dry. The crystal dry system is outstanding. Would highly recommend this product and Pacific Sales (Best Buy).

Highly recommended by Consumer Reports and can see why. Quiet. Efficient. And you do not need to pre wash ANYTHING! Removed peanut butter, baked on casserole crust melted cheese without a problem. One awesomely machine!

The Bosch dishwasher we purchased is a quality product for a reasonable price.

Two years ago I bought an LG LDFN4542S dishwasher. Drain pump broke in the first year, then the circulation pump broke. I went ahead and picked up this Bosch and it has done a better job cleaning dishes, and is so quiet the only way I can tell its running is by the light. All around, this Bosch outclasses the LG in every way. Hands down, the best dishwasher I’ve ever had.

I am disappointed and will be returning it. I find that bowls in the middle rack don't get fully clean. Also, the configuration of the middle rack makes it hard to fill without cups touching each other (and potentially breaking). The third (top) rack is not deep enough to hold a tea cup and it could hold a few bowls but they would need to be very, very shallow. Overall, the configuration is bad. But it seems that all of the machines have a third rack that cannot fit bowls. Why? The electronic settings are not working properly and I can only use the auto setting. It does not let me change the settings. Weird. And it runs for 2.5 hours but there is no display on the outside so it's hard to know when it will be done. That may make it looks sleek but to me it just makes it inconvenient.

This is our fourth dishwasher in 15 and, until, every one of them was a disappointment. I kept buying KitchenAid so that all appliances would match. This time I opted for the best in-class and the difference is shocking. Dishes and plastics are actually dry at the end of a cycle…no more stacking plastic on the counter to air dry. The interior capacity is decidedly smaller but that’s an acceptable trade for us.

Great dishwasher. Looks great, cleans dishes well and has plenty of washing and drying options. Even connects to WiFi to show you the current progress and allow for adjusting settings (like the rinse aid usage level). You can even customize the washing pressure in different zones of the dishwasher. Solid product.

Works well and is silent! Small silverware basket but top rack is there for overflow.
