Very pleased with this dishwasher. It is very quiet and the red floor light lets you know when the washing cycle is completed.

This top of the line for a reason! Very quiet the red light is import due how quiet the wash cycle is.

I can’t even begin to say what an awful experience it has been with Best Buy. Two weeks ago it was scheduled for delivery, it was the wrong dishwasher and they never took it off the truck. They have charged my account and have it listed as ORDER COMPLETED-DELIVERED, INSTALLED, HAULED AWAY OLD ONE. Despite 6 phone calls, 2 with supervisors, and promises that someone will call back in 24-48 hours, the nightmare continues. Each time I call back, they have no record of any of my prior calls and I start the circle again. The last call, 4 days ago, I was promised up and down by a supervisor the case was ESCALATED and I WOULD HAVE IT RESOLVED IN 24-48 hours. It still hasn’t been done—-no calls, no credit and still listed as Completed and Installed. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM BEST BUY. MOST DISHONEST AND DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE EVER.

This dishwasher is best one at this price point. It’s so quiet that you can not tell if it is on.

Nice dishwasher but hate the loud "click" when it latches. This happens whenever I lean against my counter if the door is closed but not fully latched. It is rather annoying. Maybe it wasn't installed far enough under the counter but the handle sticks pretty far out. Love the dishwasher other that this.

Installation was NEVER completed. Second set up time was a NO SHOW. Disconnected 3 times while attempting to set up a new installation time with customer service. Terrible experience so far.

Its only 6 weeks old and I need repair man. I don't think it is worth all the money. We'll see how fast they can come an fix it. No a Happy Camper. This is not good.

Doesn't get dishes clean, then bakes on the dirt it leaves behind. Had for less than 2 months and bottom rack won't stay on track, causing the rack to sit on top of the spray arm so it doesn't move. Parts breaking causing bottom rack to not even be able to go in to the dishwasher. Best Buy won't take it back after 15 days, and the guy on the support call offered no sympathy, no apologies, just wait another 8 days before a 7 hour appointment window was available. Unbelievable.

Dishwasher after installation revealed a defect. The rinse aid leaked out of its containment chamber. We asked Best Buy to replace, but could not get a replacement for 3-4 months. Asked Bosch for a repair under warranty and this takes a month.

Very disappointed with dishwasher. Rinse aid tray has never held liquid. Leaks all over the door. Constantly have film on dishes. Must prewash everything. Thought this had such high ratings and my expectations were also high. My old Fisher Paykel was a far superior dishwasher and wish I would have purchased that dishwasher for my remodel. Would not buy this again.

This is our third Bosch dishwasher. The lower rack on the new dishwasher does not roll in and out easily with only a few things loaded into it. At half capacity it takes work. Near full capacity it falls off the track and takes a lot of work to get it out and then back in. I would expect a much higher quality rack at this price point. And not expect to be told by the service person that people are using lighter weight dishes these days.

As a replacement for my 15year old Bosch, this item lives up to its reputation and my expectations. Easy to use, ultra-quiet, and effective cleaning. It dries better than my old Bosch. Love its three racks. I had to wait a long while for it to be available but it has been worth it.

1st time owner of a Bosch 800 Series. Well worth all the whistles and bells it has to offer. We did have to call in factory warrenty repair. The door wouldn't lock close , easy fix for all new owners.

My parents have one and my brother-in-law and his wife have two. They are world class. Highly recommend.

We bought it because it is a Bosch, keeping it because it is an outstanding product. Couldn't be more pleased!

Have only had this very expensive dishwasher for a little over 2 yrs and it is having major problems that will likely lead to needing a replacement. We are so sick. Do not buy this. $500 will get you a great rated GE. We won’t be fooled by popular brands like this again nor the higher price tag.
