Dead on arrival, and installed after the return window, so now I have a 200-pound decorative piece of metal in my new kitchen.

Haven’t received it yet. When might we expect it? I hope to give a great review when we get it

The dishwasher will not turn on randomly. Some times it works sometimes it just simply will not power on when pressing the ON button. Support from Bosch was not helpful, and didn’t provide any solution. I would avoid.

Been using this for 4 months and the bottom rack can't stay on the rails when it is only 25% full. The rack is not stiff enough and it bows, which reduces the width between the sliding wheels and it comes off the track.

Washes doesn't dry at all. Bought as never used but Found out it was actually returned for the same problem and was mislabeled.

Does an excellent job of cleaning and drying dishes. Whisper quiet. Appreciate the adjustable height middle rack since we have some large diameter plates to fit on bottom rack. There are far more options than we will ever need, and some settings seem overly complicated. Expensive, but looks great and matches our other Bosch appliances. Unfortunately, like those, it fingerprints like crazy, so try to touch only the handle and buttons.

Great dishwasher. It is very quiet and cleans/dries perfectly.

I’ve had the dishwasher for about a month. It’s quiet and cleans well. I’m giving 4 stars for 2 reasons. 1) The rinse agent reservoir is very small, so it needs to be filled frequently. 2) A red light shines underneath onto the floor to indicate the machine is running. However, there is no light to indicate clean status, which causes confusion in households with more than one person. Different people run the dishwasher, and with no indicator light at the end of the cycle , dirty dishes end up getting loaded with the clean ones.

Super quiet. Does a good job of cleaning but some items such as forks with sticky residue do need rinsing first, despite the instructions that say not to rinse but only to scrape the dishes. I’d give 5 stars except the sprayer arm fell off after only 2 weeks. We were able to reattach and it’s had no further problems. Also we use a detergent tablet that includes a rinse aid but the dishwasher indicates we still need to use separate liquid rinse aid. My 20 yr old previous Bosch never had any of these issues.

Cleans great, breaks often. Very quiet. Too many problems and error codes so had to replace it.

This dishwasher was good until it wasn’t. Purchased in December 2020 from Best Buy and bought additional 4 year warranty direct from Bosch. It is very quiet and cleans reasonably well. However earlier this month is failed with error code e:07. Called Bosch service, they promised call back within 3 days to schedule a service. That seems like a very slow turnaround when your appliance isn’t working! Even worse, the promised call didn’t come. I had to call several times. Eventually (on day 6) I got a call from a scheduler. The first appointment they offered me was three weeks later! I protested and they “found” one sooner - still a 10 day wait. That day came, the tech took one look and said they had not ordered the parts they should have given they knew the error code. He called to take care of that and schedule to return - one week later. He came back after that one week and made those repairs - a design fault by the way, in which the crystal dry heater melts a hole in the main water pipe in the dishwasher tub. The replacement pipe had an extra plastic heat shield to supposedly prevent this. He also had to replace the crystal dry unit since the hole in the pipe had been spraying too much water in there. 10 minutes after he leaves, we try running a wash cycle and get e15 water tap error and the machine doesn’t work at all. Had the tech’s cell number he had called from before arrival. Called hi. And left a message. He did call back but basically to say he had now moved on as we would have to go back through the whole Bosch service call process again to book another appointment. So made that call (again). Didn’t get a call back from the scheduler for another 3 days. Then to be told it would be another 21 days before we get a return visit! This is ridiculous: we paid $1500 for a “top brand” product and more than $300 for the additional warranty service contract. If they get it working at the next appointment, that will have been six weeks without a working dishwasher! At this time I cannot recommend Bosch (not just this dishwasher) to anyone. Their terrible and slow service does not life up to what you would expect from this expensive brand. Unless they suddenly wake up and remedy this situation with a sense of urgency and honor, I will not be buying any Bosch product again.

best buy gave me an 8 hour delivery window! 8 hours! and when they missed it they said they’d be there within an hour and made me wait longer. and then they still were a no show. never got the dishwasher. nothing like sitting around all day waiting and then being told one more hour and then never showing up. back to amazon i go!!!!

Not great. Had this model delivered 10/14. Never worked. Had a tech come out 10/18 and said the main computer was bad and some other problem with the measuring float. I didn’t listen that close but either way he said it was two major parts that need to be replaced. So the parts are supposed to be coming next week at some point. Best Buy. I dropped some serious coin on this dishwasher and I’m not thrilled with replacing all of these parts before I even use it. Send me a new one ASAP.

Had nothing but problems with this for nearly a year - and now have to replace it because of a leaky tub. Cleaning performance is middle of the road. Drying performance even with CrystalDry and extra drying is also mediocre. Our panel needed to be reset at least once per week. And now the leaking tub causes the dreaded E15 error which requires us to flip a breaker to shut it off. Our old Kenmore was a much better dishwasher although it was louder. I'd take louder any day over this appliance.

The dishwasher was okay not great but okay until the second month. One day it wouldnt drain and we got an errorr code e01. We’ve been waiting for the part over 2 months. Weve been without a dishwasher through both thanksgiving and Christmas. This is completely unacceptable. I want our money back!
