First of all, kudos to the two fellows who installed our new dishwasher. I felt safe having them in our home and was assured they knew what they were doing.

Love the look and the configuration of this dishwasher. Does a great job. The installation was done by a 3rd party (not Geek Squad). They were friendly, professional and quick. Very pleased with the whole experience.

The wife insisted on a Bosch, and it has fulfilled all expectations! Lucky to find an open box so we got it right away instead of waiting.

My only complaint is that it really does not do a good job of drying the dishes.

Shocking how quiet it is, wish it would dry things better. Drawers are laid out very different from our old one, i think we’re able to wash the same load size as before but definitely harder to figure out where to put things.

This is a nice machine, quiet, works really well. That said my wife is struggling to accept it given the limited loading flexibility caused by rack layout and 3 rack inclusion. The number of times she has had to "start over", pulling dishes out and re-load, may lead to the end of me:)

When we first saw it, we said "let's buy". in fact, I am a fan of Bosch and anything German. I am expecting great things from this.

I am amazed at how quiet the Bosch 800 Series 24" dishwasher is and dishes come out clean.

Had to look up instructions on line to operate. The installer reviewed directions but I forgot.

This is a review of Best Buy’s return/refurb documentation as much as of the actual item. While our experience was abysmal with this one, it is unclear how much of that was due to misuse prior to our purchase. We found this dishwasher marked as a floor model, unused, and steeply discounted. We asked to verify that it had not been previously used and returned, and the store rep affirmed the only documentation on file was that it was a floor model. So, we purchased it. Fast forward to installation - what should have been an hour’s operation, tops, turned into a full weekend of tripped breaker shutoffs, interrupted test cycles, filter cleaning that revealed it was clearly used (and not just a couple of loads, mind you - we had to scrub that filter), and headache. We ultimately could not make this dishwasher complete a full cycle without tripping and resetting the breaker, and we found a different (actually unused) floor model elsewhere that did install simply and run perfectly. Kudos to Best Buy for their return policy, as they did accept the machine’s return easily, but not for their documentation on floor models and used products.

The positive reviews do justice to this dishwasher. It cleans very well and is almost silent. Well worth the price!
