Great product l, love the way the machine looks and works

Love this dishwasher! Super quiet and works great.

Been happy with the Bosch dishwasher so far. Good product.

This review is not about the product. This is related to Best Buy’s Total Care warranty purchased with this product. Wait time to schedule an appointment took 2 days, multiple “chats” and finally acquired an appointment. The technician arrived, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Best Buy then cancelled the part and completed appointment due to an error on their end. After hours on the phone to resolve was informed that I would need to be recharged for another service to re-diagnose/start the process over. The customer service “policy” as stated by the representative is terrible and illogical. I would not purchase again.

Wonderful dishwasher! The glassware in actually spot free! Paid a bit more for the tall tub, but well worth it! And the dry cycle best we ever had!

Best dishwasher I have ever had. Always buy a high end dishwasher but this beats them all.

Overall great dishwasher, wish the remote start had a option permanent toggle the feature on . Currently you need to press the remote start within 4 seconds of opening the door. After reading manual is to prevent children using the dishwasher within 4 seconds.

Love it so far!! Remote setup on door panel just took me a little bit longer to program.

Like the cleaning, but they changed the way the racks align. Our previous Bosch had better rack configuration. Could fit more dished in our old Bosch.

Excellent dishwasher. Available for delivery in just a couple of days. Installers did a very good job installing the new appliance and removing the old one.

DISH WASHER IS EXTREMELY QUITE, DOES A GREAT JOB OVERALL

This dishwasher does a good job washing dishes. Unfortunately, two of its most prominent features are substandard. The is a smart dishwasher. It's Wi-Fi enabled and works with an app. In order for it to work, you need to enable remote access from the dishwasher. But if you do so much as open the door, remote access is disabled. In other words, to use it remotely, you need to press a button on the dishwasher each time. If somebody opens the dishwasher to put an extra fork in, and closes the door, it's no longer enabled for remote access. Not only is remote access disabled, the dishwasher doesn't restart like other brands when the door is closed after opening it mid-cycle. So if somebody adds a fork and doesn't know to press two buttons before closing the door, not only is remote access turned off, but you need it the most because the dishwasher won't resume. The other problem is noise. Bosch advertises it as quiet. It's incredibly noisy. Before, I had an Asko and it was incredibly quiet. Companies cheat by measuring the sound of the dishwasher while running without any dishes in it. Once you load up the dishwasher, this becomes way too loud. It's possible that the motor is measurably quieter than my old one, meaning you won't hear the motor in either one but can see the difference with a meter. In the real world, nobody cares how quiet a dishwasher is when run without dishes. This one is not well insulated. If you want a dishwasher that does a great job, you don't mind the noise, and you don't care that the automation features are impractical, get a Bosch.

This is the Cadillac version of dishwashers...probably not your average home dishwasher...top of the line...
