I’ve had two Bosch dishwashers before (previous houses) and loved them. Their layout, quality and reliability are great. My new home came with another dishwasher that did not compare to Bosch quality and was DOA in less than 5 years. So happy to have a Bosch dishwasher again. The Best Buy contractor was also great

Quiet clean well and service from Best Buy is excellent.

Open Box unit. Advised it was “fully tested and functional”. Delivery people from Envision advised that my kitchen sink air gap wouldn’t work with this unit. But “Thankfully” they just have one in left in their van. For just $125.00 they can replace the $12.00 part. I declined knowing that my air gap works just fine. Their installer proceeded to begin the installation I paid for, then he waived me over to show me my under sink water valve was leaking and needed to be replaced. again, “Thankfully” they had just one left in their van. Knowing the valve works just fine, I asked the installers to leave. Clearly, their MO is to fabricate problems and provide exorbitant charges to correct the problems. I then hooked the dishwasher up to power before installing it to test its functionality. The unit came to life but all the controls were frozen and unresponsive. Best Buy employees at the store told me that all the appliances are “tested and fully functional” before being offered for sale. A phone call to Bosch confirmed the dishwasher’s main circuit board is “bricked” and needed to be replaced. It doesn’t see that Best Buy tested this unit before offering it for sale. I arranged for a pickup as I no longer wanted to deal with bestbuy’s dishwasher. I called their automated system that offered me a pickup date. I accepted and they a few minutes later, I received a text message from Best Buy asking me to confirm the date. Unfortunately the “scheduled” date was now blocked out and I couldn’t choose it. I chose today, the following Friday. I received a call today from Envision, Best Buy’s delivery and installation partner telling me they were coming to ‘INSTALL’ my dishwasher. As I scheduled a pickup and return I let them know they just needed to take it away. They said they needed to talk with Bestbuy and ended the call. About 10 mintues later, someone from bestbuy called and said everything was screwed up and that she was going around normal channels to try to fix it. She acknowledged that their system screwed up the pickup and would call me back with a fix. Surprise, never receive a call. Called Bestbuy customer support and they are completely useless. Tried a chat that should have taken 5 minutes and took 25 minutes before the employee said they can’t do much and I should go to the store I bought the dishwasher from. Summary: Don’t buy appliances from Best Buy. Their installers are dishonest, and when things go wrong, they go very wrong.

Very quiet and does an excellent job of cleaning whatever is placed in it.

Best dishwasher we have ever owned. Nice to have three racks for large, medium, and small items. Racks are easily adjusted for height. Never had a dishwasher that has no heating element. All items after cycling are squeaky clean. Love our Bosch dishwasher.

I’ve had this dishwasher for about a month and really like it. It does a great job getting the dishes clean and the crystal dry function works soooo much better than my previous dishwasher. My only critique would be that the racks don’t slide super smoothly.

Very quiet and effective is one way to describe this dishwasher. I was shocked at prices when I went to replace my loud inefficient DW, but this item is quality like I've never had in a dishwasher. Oh yes, it does dry even plastics without an electric heating element. Only con is getting used to new racks.

Bosch dishwashers are the best! This our second purchase of a Bosch and it hasn’t disappointed. In fact with new features from our previous model it has enhanced our opinion. And it is even quieter than our older very quiet model! Good thing it has the red light shining on the floor so you know it is on.

The dishwasher is so quiet I barely know it is running. The installation team was fantastic. I couldn't be happier.

I don't know about other Bosch appliances but they certainly know how to make a good dishwasher. We had a Bosch dishwasher in our other house that we loved and were happy to buy another one for this house when the dishwasher died. It works great and cleans the dishes perfectly. We're very happy with our purchase.

Great dishwasher have tested it to see its cleaning capabilities. Performs great on that part, but doesnt dry plastic very well even with cyrstal dry activated.

Quiet. Very nice. No issues with set up. Very easy to use.

This thing is built like a tank. Nearly silent. CR recommends it. Two thumbs up!

There is a lot to like about this dishwasher. It is very quiet. I like the red light on the floor when the machine is running. I do not like the size or flimsiness of the silverware rack. It is very small and silverware doesn’t stand up straight in it.
