I haven't even used it yet, but lots of complaints already - There is no way to set a delay for the start. There is only ONE small silverware basket. There are too many arms/guides which make it difficult to load dishes. And that red light at the bottom is ridiculous. I'm considering sending this thing back.

It worked beautifully until it didn't. I am sooo disappointed in Bosch. I thought they were the best. we can only wait and see if they come thorough with a repair.
